A lot of you have asked if Ive gotten any more emails. Below the fold, a compilation of emails that have come in. But above the fold, my final word.
Based on the facts, it is very clear that President Obama is our lawfully elected President and the Office of President of the United States of America requires that though we may disagree with him and oppose him, we recognize and respect his position as President a position entrusted to him by 69,456,897 voting Americans, or 52.9% of the popular vote.
As early at 1350, the British Parliament approved statutes recognizing the rule of jus sanguinis, under which citizens may pass their citizenship by descent to their children at birth, regardless of place. Similarly, in the its first naturalization statute, Congress declared that the children of citizens of the United States, that may be born beyond the sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born citizens. 1 Stat. 104 (1790) . . . . Notwithstanding the Supreme Courts discussion in Wong Kim Ark (1898), a majority of commentators today argue that the Presidential Eligibility Clause incorporates both the common-law and English statutory principles, and that therefore, Michigan Governor George Romney, who was born to American parents outside of the United States, was eligible to seek the Presidency in 1968.
Meese, Edward, Heritage Guide to the Constitution, p. 190 (2005).
Even were the American public to fall under the belief that Barack Obama was born in a foreign country and 49 years ago his associates fabricated a narrative, a birth record, and placed birth announcements in both the Honolulu Advertiser and the Star Bulletin on August 4, 1961, to ensure that 49 years later he could become President of the United States, it is undisputed that Barack Obamas mother is and has always been an American citizen. Therefore Barack Obama is and has always been an American citizen.
The leaps of logic and reason to arrive at such a conspiracy are unbefitting the credibility of anyone and not worthy of further discussion. Notwithstanding the same, no American should ever sanction what would amount to a judicial coup the removal of the President of the United States after 52.9% of the American public instructed their Electoral College representatives to place their votes for him. The time to even be willing to entertain these issues from those who claim a conspiracy has long past.
A conservative movement worthy of leading this nation must be willing to cast aside those who, for whatever reason, cannot and will not be persuaded that the President is our legitimately, constitutionally elected President.
Whethere they are legitimate or not, they are not legal proof of "natural born" citizenship and qualificaton of Potus.
They can call me a “birther” or whatever but I really do not care. I and many other people have very legitimate questions about the man who currently occupies 1600 Pennsylvania ave.
I have written many congresspersons about this issue telling them I have a right to NOT recognize or abide by ANY law or decree set forth by this illegitimate “president” along with any other unconstitutional garbage that comes out of DC. I also told them I would back up my beliefs with my life if necessary. Not one single response from ANY of my or any other “representative”. We no longer live in the country that it was when I was born, and that was not that long ago.
This is not this the only issue that shakes the very foundation of everything I believed about America. The complete and utter disregard for the constitution also is a huge concern in my eyes. Out “representatives” constantly vote with what saves their jobs and pensions (Bailouts) and leaves main street to crumble. Yeah I’m pretty bitter and for me none if this is going to go away until it is fixed or I am dead, whichever comes first.
Dead people voting
3000 dead people registered to vote in Ohio
I wonder how many were registered as Republicans?
Many other countries hate us and envy us because America was the land of the Free and Free Speech.
America lately is also full of Free “but distorted speech” similar to buying freight damaged goods at a wholesale outlet.
People want a bargain often not seeing spoiled or out of date goods, that is what the MSM has become.

So what?
The venue for this dispute has been passed by Obama.
No further Constitutional remedy is available.
It's over.
That title is a bit misleading, if one follows the ballotpedia links one will find out those 3,000 dead people still registered were for only ONE of Ohio’s 88 counties!
October 30, 2008
Television station WHIO-TV in Dayton, Ohio, conducted a month-long investigation into the possibility of dead people voting and found:
3,856 dead voters were still registered to vote in Miami Valley.
22 of those dead voters appear to have voted.
Nancy Watts of Beavercreek, Ohio, who has been dead for two years, voted in the March 4, 2008 primary.
The venue for this dispute has been passed by Obama.
You've made an assertion. Good for you.
No further Constitutional remedy is available.
You've made another assertion. Good for you again.
It's over.
There is a statute of limitations on fraud?
The idea that these television personalities can hang the most toxic allegation, racism, on the birthers and then by extension liable the tea party movement is 1000 times more outrageous than what I have personally seen done by the birthers. Racism is still the ultimate taboo in America, even worse than dead girls and live boys.
Telling of what, exactly?
When Obama falls, he will be brought down by the Constitution.
I merely point out that the safeguards erected by the founders have failed, in this case, to prevent an undesired outcome.
Creating an extraconstitutional remedy moves us further away from the endgame.
But it does clarify the original intent of the Founding Fathers, much like the Militia Act of 1792 clarifies the intent of the 2nd Amendment.
(FWIW: I’ll contend BHO was born in Kenya.)
When Obama falls, he will be brought down by the Constitution.
I wholeheartedly agree. Starting with Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5.
I merely point out that the safeguards erected by the founders have failed, in this case, to prevent an undesired outcome.
You've made an assertion. That's all.
Creating an extraconstitutional remedy moves us further away from the endgame.
There is no need for an extraconstitutional remedy.
Literally LOL.
Who does he think he is?
Relax - Breathe - Smile
“There is however a faint hope that enough states might pass legislation requiring production of documents cause Obama some difficulty in his quest for reelection. This is however only the faintest of hope.”
Perhaps not that far-fetched after all. Consider the conclusion at the end of this article.
