Former Gov. Sarah Palin of Alaska has signed on as a contributor to the Fox News Channel.
The network confirmed that Ms. Palin will appear on the networks programming on a regular basis as part of a multi-year deal. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Ms. Palin will not have her own regular program, one person familiar with the deal said, though she will host an occasional series that will run on the network from time to time. This person would not elaborate, but the network does have a precedent for such a series. Oliver L. North is the host of an occasionally running documentary series on the military called War Stories.
Many suspected that when Ms. Palin retired as the governor of Alaska last summer she was doing so to pursue some sort of career in television. The Fox News deal, however, would not seem to be all encompassing, and would appear to give her room for other pursuits, as well.

If the WH was boycotting FOX before, what can they possibly do now...LOL ....Roger is pulling their strings, pushing their buttons and putting his finger in their eyes all at once....GO ROGER!
I agree, this was a mistake if she wants to be President.
There are so many deadbeats that could be sent back to the the Home Depot parking lot where Ailes found them; Juan, Geraldo, Beckel, Ferraro, Eckstretch, and that fruity little dude with the white hair for a start.
This is a good move for Palin. I’m glad she’s going to have a regular paying gig.
How exciting that it’s the same jacket!! I remember that you went to see her!!!!
Hi woodyinscc!
LTNS!
Yep, you’re right. Roger Ailes and Fox News has set the others on the backsides (again)!
Yes, yes, yes. A thousand times yes.
Everyone will be watching Fox News when she’s on.
I agree, Evening Star, and she deserves a good income and a national stage of “gravitas.” Can you imagine the howls of worry in newsrooms when they heard this news? LOL.
Yes, Ailes knows how to pick 'em, but in a related note, President Reagan picked Ailes to help him in communications. So Ailes offers so many good connections for Sarah.
No the people are the final arbiter of THE LAW. She has no moral compass other than Harvard Law Review, it diminishes her as a person. BO is a loon.
We have let RINO's escape their actions by blaming it on, THE LAW, for way to long. They have let the Courts do for them, what they were ashamed to do in public on their own. When the Republicans had both house and the presidency they did nothing to rectify court mistakes, and it was not because they couldn't, it was because they tacitly agree with them.
First Kill All The Lawyers. True when he said it, still true today.
She could sit by Dr. Krauthammer, or she could occasionally substitute for him.
Either way, I want to see her debate that NPR mental patient who is also known as Mara Liasson.
Ugh. Don't remind me.
I change the channel every time his show begins.
When the democrats see Governor Palin, they behave like vampires exposed to sunlight.
This is why I maintain that today's democrats are psychologically disturbed people.
This would be like Ronald Reagan's career in radio. His commentary kept him in the public eye and vastly increased his positives as the Great Communicator right up until he declared as a candidate for president.
A fact I'm certain Sarah is well aware....Good for both of them..........and bad for BO.
...not to mention, more Fox eye candy! :)
Highly Irrelevant.
..and guided by Sean (Huntington) Hannity, no doubt.
Where's the "Oh geeze not more of this crap" picture when you need it?
