Father we pray for our friend Jeff. May he find your perfect peace as he continues to trust you with his life. Give the surgeons and medical personnel wisdom and perfect skill in treating him. Please keep him close to your heart as his body responds to treatments and to surgery. Help us to love him as our brother and give support and strength to wife Gail and their large and loving family. In the name of our Savior and Creator. Amen.

Jeff, the reports are sounding really good. You are making progress one day at a time. As my dear husband often says, “God is teaching me patience,” when he gets in a place where patience is needed. Every trial is a gift even when we can’t see it. I continue to pray for your healing and future walking. You have seen many miracles already. No reason to doubt that you will see many more. God be with you through the valleys and set you on the mountain.

May Jeff’s every medical need be met according to Your plan, including his transportation and recovery needs at home. May supporters surround Gail and Jeff at every juncture and into the future of recovery.

I appreciate your pings, and the updates so much. I can’t tell you how happy and how thankful I am that Jeff Head is doing so well!
M.D. Anderson is one of the best hospitals in the country, so I’m not surprised at how well they have taken care of him.
BTW...I vote for the motor home. Eveybody will be more comfortable.
