Twelve people have been killed and 31 wounded in a shooting spree at a Texas military base by what officials believe was possibly carried out by an Army officer.
The suspected gunman was identified by ABC News as Major Malik Nadal Hasan.
The shooter was killed and two other suspects, who are also soldiers, have been apprehended, Lt. Gen. Robert W. Cone said.
The gunman used two handguns, Cone said. He wasn't sure if the shooter reloaded the weapons during the attack.

Sura (8:12) - "I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them"
Sura (8:39) - "And fight with them until there is no more persecution and religion should be only for Allah"
Sura (8:57) - "If thou comest on them in the war, deal with them so as to strike fear in those who are behind them, that haply they may remember."
Sura (9:14) - "Fight them, Allah will punish them by your hands and bring them to disgrace..."
Sura (9:29) - "Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, even if they are of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued."
Sura (9:30) - "And the Jews say: Ezra is the son of Allah; and the Christians say: The Messiah is the son of Allah; these are the words of their mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved before; may Allah destroy them; how they are turned away!"
Sura (9:123) - "O you who believe! fight those of the unbelievers who are near to you and let them find in you hardness."
Sura (47:4) - "So when you meet in battle those who disbelieve, then smite the necks until when you have overcome them, then make them prisoners,"
Sura (61:4) - "Surely Allah loves those who fight in His way"
Sura (66:9) - "O Prophet! Strive against the disbelievers and the hypocrites, and be stern with them. Hell will be their home, a hapless journey's end

Muslim (1:33) - the Messenger of Allah said: I have been commanded to fight against people till they testify that there is no god but Allah, that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah
Bukhari (8:387) - Allah's Apostle said, “I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah’”
Tabari 7:97 The morning after the murder of Ashraf, the Prophet declared, "Kill any Jew who falls under your power."
Ibn Ishaq: 327 - “Allah said, ‘A prophet must slaughter before collecting captives. A slaughtered enemy is driven from the land. Muhammad, you craved the desires of this world, its goods and the ransom captives would bring. But Allah desires killing them to manifest the religion.’”
Ibn Ishaq: 992 - "Fight everyone in the way of Allah and kill those who disbelieve in Allah."

ohioWfan, The truth is that had this Hasan guy been born & grown up in Iraq or Iran, there’s as good a chance he wouldn’t have turned out to be a terrorist as he did. He probably had anti-American teachers/mentors growing up in the U.S.(like ‘ol Bill Ayers teaching the little children or Rev. Wright shoutin “God-_ the USA” )
This current administration is all about anti- America sentiment. Sorry to make it political, but it is: It’s us (the good) against them- the bad. I bet this Hasan loser also sucked up all the Mainstream Media’s anti-America garbage, too. Then on top of that, we have those terrorist training camps that have sprung up on our soil.
Time to declare all out war against Radical Islam! Clear out those training-camps! Demolish those mosques where the murderous threats to the infidels are muttered!

Will this be a civilian or military prosecution ?
Should look into any connections to a) deployment; and b) impending capital punishment of Muhammad in Virginia and if the shooter has said anything about those.
If he did not sanitize his home, it should be a treasure trove of anti-US, pro-Islam crap; how will the US MSM deal with THAT? More "PTSD" I guess.

Tonight is a ‘get on your knees’ and pray night. Everything is so screwed up since Hussein became Totus. The man is a complete and utter disaster in the making. His behavior today was outrageously sociopathic and narcissistic. Something is being hidden from us in regards to this shooting and I believe it is going to be big when it finally comes out. It is going to involve this man, the left wing and possibly Obama’s administration or campaign. I am not saying that Obama or anyone had anything to do with this shooting, but that they had connections to this man and it’s going to be a huge embarrassment.
Only a liberal or leftist would think it was ok for this man to be promoted and sent to Fort Hood when they knew of his views about both wars! Code Pink has similar views to this man for cryin out loud!

That would be correct. And the "closed" forts are pretty much open...I was at Fort Carson today, while this was unfolding...there musy be 10,000 civilians working there, if not more.
I agree that this Hasan guy should have a very miserable long life...forced to eat PORK every meal.

That version is going to be a bit difficult to spin, since he's never been deployed.
But he is a Muslim, although apparently a "natural born citizen" born in Virginia of naturalized parents.
Local police are securing his apartment as we speak. For a Major, he didn't live in the best part of town.
The site of the Luby's, now Yang Sing Chinese Buffet, is less than 5 miles from the site of today's shootings.
Both killers had unarmed targets.
We've had a going away (transfer) and a retirement party at the Yang Sing within the past few months. Plus I've gone there a couple of times on my own. It's a little spooky if you think too much about it.
Current reports are that not is the shooter alive, the woman police officer who shot him is also alive, just out of surgery.
