Twelve people have been killed and 31 wounded in a shooting spree at a Texas military base by what officials believe was possibly carried out by an Army officer.
The suspected gunman was identified by ABC News as Major Malik Nadal Hasan.
The shooter was killed and two other suspects, who are also soldiers, have been apprehended, Lt. Gen. Robert W. Cone said.
The gunman used two handguns, Cone said. He wasn't sure if the shooter reloaded the weapons during the attack.
We really are in a war in which soldiers need no be sent overseas to be killed or wounded.
We had better not let anyone in Washington take our weapons from us.
These were soldiers trained in the art of war (and rightly so)who were murdered; many wounded. It was on a military establishment that has stored a whole lot of weaponry. They were not safe.
I say it again: We had better not let ANYONE, including the Supreme Court, take our guns!

What makes me furious is this “shrink” has been assigned to DC and where else? He’s a muslim for heavens sake!!! He’s been speaking the allah line for how many years? I’m sure the dipwad has been very active in CAIR and other muslim organizations. Today he was given order by allah? to do in some Christians then come home by suicide. He Did. The 2 fellows who accompanied him into the Deployment Building have been released....I heard they were converts...as far as I know it’s not been proven...but that is one report I heard. As I’ve said, many times before...Just why have these people, who are offended by our Republic and Freedom, come here. They should have stayed in the country of their beloved ancestors..and I read somewhere, here, that CAIR has put some of their “own” in our government so CAIR will be informed of Everything we do, defence wise and otherwise. Update: Via the News Junkie, here’s the Shep interview with Ret. Col. Terry Lee alleging that Hasan thought Muslims should stand up and fight the “aggressor” and that he was “happy” about the shooting in Little Rock. Apparently Hasan was also increasingly agitated by the fact that Obama hasn’t pulled out of Afghanistan and Iraq.

I’m NOT suggesting a cover-up or conspiracy at all...just that there’s more going on and even at Ft Hood they’re still investigating and searching.

Should all muslims be discharged from the military immediately? The problem of figuring out who is a sleeper agent makes it too hard to filter out the chaff, so just state that the tenets of the Muslim faith appear to be incompatible to military service.
