She has 2 good news items that she is very busy with right now:
1. Judge Carter is ‘giving her expedited discovery - immediately’.
2. Judge Land will allow her to present before the court in GA. She is leaving now to fly to GA to appear before Judge Land at the Federal Building in Columbus, GA at 2:00 pm tomorrow (Friday, 9/11/09).
She would like as many military supporters to be there as possible. I called Carl Swensson (RiseUpForAmerica.com), and he will see what he can do. If you have any contacts there, please advise them.

I found it odd that Discovery should be allowed by Judge Carter and
Judge Land grants Taitz a virtually immediate hearing.
What I’ve heard locally is that Captain Connie Rhodes MD was due to deploy within the next couple of days so the hearing was bumped up. But I’m not so sure that Orly isn’t supposed to air significant parts of the eligibility case in Georgia against Army prosocutors - as opposed to DOJ prosecutors in the Judge Carter case. The Captain contends that she is willing to go to Iraq as long as she knows
that the orders going down the chain of command are lawful orders.

Byrd loves America and Americans. He could never be worse than Obama. But he made that remark and it will never be forgotten. And I think not fair to black Americans that he stayed in office.

I hope Orly has a local attorney to help her in GA. I am hoping former JAG officer attorneys around the country might get involved or retired or semi retired attorneys.

When it comes to the COLB, my opinion is that they got caught in someone else’s lie.
They had no intention of releasing whatever Hawaiian BC is on file.
Some Obama fan doctored one up, probably Jay McKinnon from DailyKOS. He released it, and it went viral.
The Obama team had to take ownership at that point, so as not to be obligated to release whatever one is on file.
It doesn’t sound true just based on logic.
The thing to remember is that even if we get to discovery in any of these cases (a long-shot in my view), discovery is not a fishing expedition.
I have no doubt that Orly - being Orly - would use the opportunity to ask for God knows what.
But, my suspicion is that if it gets to discovery, Obama will produce the certified COLB and say that is enough. And, frankly, it may be.
I don’t think Discovery is the danger that everyone else thinks it is.
No, IIRC we will be saying hello to President Robert C Byrd Democrat from WV.
My understanding is that Judge Land dismissed the requirement of a local attorney signature in favor of Ms. Tietz proceeding post haste.
I doubt she would show up with no backup and she may have made contacts in Columbus last time she did a hearing in front of Judge Land.
