Will President Obama "seize power overnight" in a move to consolidate White House control of the U.S. government?
That's the fear of Fox News anchor Glenn Beck who discussed the issue at length today with another broadcasting powerhouse, radio's Rush Limbaugh.
"I fear this government, this administration has so much framework already prepared, that they will seize power overnight before anybody even gives it a second thought," Beck said.
His comment came as he was analyzing the changing nature of the media since Obama's election, citing the administration's close ties with the NBC network, owned by corporate giant General Electric:
If you watch what could only be called the administration's organ – anything involved with GE or NBC – you've got [GE CEO] Jeffrey Immelt on the board of the Federal Reserve, you have him in the Oval Office consulting not only on health care, but the financial situation, and they are an organ. If you watch MSNBC, I contend that you will see the future because they are laying the ground for a horrible event ... anything from the right, there's some awful event and I fear this government, this administration has so much framework already prepared, that they will seize power overnight before anybody even gives it a second thought.
Limbaugh responded, "I don't think they're going to be able to seize it overnight without anybody knowing about it."

Two years ago people were saying Beck was losing it and crazy when he was talking about a financial melt down while stocks were at an all time high and the real estate market was crazy insane growth.
Now we are going through what Beck warned us about two years ago.
There's that crazy guy in the movies that always seems to end up right. Glenn Beck is that crazy guy, only this isn't a movie.
I don't think Obama would be able to pull it off, but I'd bet he sure will try.
Military officers serve the Constitution, not the President.
My husband took the following Oath:
“I, [name], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.”
Well, I guess we could ask the German Jews if anything like this is possible. Not many left, but I am sure we could dig a few up. Would love to ask them where they thought they were going when they so peacefully and willingly lined up to get on the trains.
No way. That would IMMEDIATELY mark the beginning of the armed revolution.

The U.S. Military has tanks, airplanes (lots of them!), helicopters (lots of them!), big cannons that shoot huge dangerous exploding bullets at a high rate, artillery, ships and cargo planes that can land lots and lots of professional warfighters right in your frickin’ back yard, night vision, day vision, drones, CCC electronics, ... and the list goes on and ON.
I don’t really care how many washed out sidewalk bum affirmative action Acorn and SEIU and Black Kitteh clowns Bambi has. Those jokers don’t have the weaponry — and even if they did, they don’t have the skill to use it. These human vermin can barely scratch their asses, let alone run a machine gun. Let alone an armored vehicle. Let alone a fighter or a chopper.
If our military says Bambi and his thugs don’t stay in power, well then, they don’t stay in power. Case closed.

Also, this administrations method is to use or generate crisis to achieve goals. They might not need the military if some nutjob from our side does something horrible and talk radio is blamed.
And again, it may be as simple as attacking the advertisers...
Beck’s show repeats on FOX in the early a.m. hours if you want to record it.
Would they if they could? I don't even know if I would say that. Definitely some of his people would say yes.
But most of them probably realize that it wouldn't be fun after while.

It will start with a shocking crime, similar to Oklahoma City. What did that event do to the momentum of the militias, and the sheeple's perspective of them?
Local police departments are for the most part dependent on and controlled by federal grant money. This ensures compliance to federal directives by law enforcemwnt leadership.
When the MSM fakes a poll after the 'shocking crime' happens, fraudulently claiming that a majority of Americans favor new gun laws like UK restrictions or worse, our dear RINOs like McScum and his fellow travelers will rush to pass legislation. The new laws and folks doing what the little box known as 'tv' tells them to do will allow anyone standing up for the constitution to be picked off one by one, each slandered as a domestic terrorist.

Serious question; If tomorrow morning we all awoke to no Fox News, no Free Republic, and instead of Rush you heard about the wonderful revolution going on in our country with Obama at the lead.
What would you do? Go to work as usual, hide under the bed, or would you grab your weapons and ‘ride towards the sound of gunfire’, so to speak?
I know I would be riding, and I’ll wager big money so would you. We might not meet, because a 100 million others would be out there too. All armed to the teeth and ready for anything, including to die for our country.
THAT’s why Obama hasn’t tried it, nor will he.
He might be able to take over at a slow walk, but he can never make it happen overnight.
Maybe in a generation, but not now, ‘cuz we’re all spoiling for a fight.
