Pedophile Suspect Lured, Beaten By Victim's Family

The Sacramento Police Department says that Christopher Guzman went to Garcia Bend Park on Monday night, believing that he was meeting up with a 14-year-old girl he had met on a social networking website.

"This would've been the first physical contact between the suspect and the victim," said Sacramento Police Department Sgt. Norm Leong.

As Guzman waited in his car, police say five or six of the girl's family members walked up and began attacking him and his vehicle. Guzman tried to drive away, but the family members chased him, forced him out of his car and held him for police, who arrested Guzman but did not detain the relatives.

"[Guzman] was bloody from that," Sgt. Leong said. "We'll review it and see if what they did was reasonable given the circumstances in that they were trying to detain him."

Police said that Guzman was planning to videotape the young girl in a sex act.

I am happy to learn that the perv got a beat down, but I am still concerned about the 14-year-ole girl. It sounds as if she was a willing participant who set up the meeting. What is her family doing to address her promiscuous behavior?

Did you miss this sentence?

"I hope the prosecutor takes a good long look at the file before he accidentally misplaces it."

Italics mine.

Ah, the Internet...where men are men, women are men, and teenage girls are actually the teenage girl’s father and brothers, fixing to kick your ass.

My aren't we all indignant this morning! What do you think I meant by "I hope the prosecutor takes a good long look at the file before he accidentally misplaces it."?

While the family members may have technically broken the law by assaulting this dirtbag, I hope the prosecutor reviews the matter and circular files anything against the family (that means "throw it in the trash can"). You see, if the prosecutor "accidentally misplaces" the file, no charges will be brought against the family members (that means they won't get in any trouble with the law).

Geeze...guess I gotta take some people by the hand and walk them through everything these days!

Yeah - the last Rambo kicked some serious ass!!! I hope Rambo 5 isn't made, I don't think the last one can be topped.

Skipped Death Sentence though, Kevin Bacon's a lefty. Might have to borrow it from the library, as it sounds interesting.

You're right about the gangs, they do tend to be homogeneous in real life. But in movies, do you ever see a non-white ‘biker’ in a biker movie for example? Nope. I guess it depends on the group, if you know what I mean.

A caller on Rush once defined Liberty as the Absence of Threat and the ability to Pursue Justice.

I am not trying to pin this on the Bamster, but tell me, where did we see this type of vigilante justice or such frustration under GWB?

The question begs, has the American Physique changed that much via this regime that is so corrupt and the branches of Gov't so dysnfunctional when it comes to our Liberty that they seem more broken than a prepped Clash for Clunker?

according to the mother, they did not lure the scumbag to the park:

"First I want to let everyone know that the news NEVER tried to contact me or they would have the facts. Neither I nor her father lured This predator to the park. This man had been trying to lure my daughter by offering her up to $200.00 and promising her a part in his movie. My daughter without us knowing went to meet this man at the park and only by the grace of God did we make it there before this man got our child. Yes he did try to flee when I tried to stop him because I thought my daughter was in the car. He Hit her dad with his car and slammed into my car to get away. Once her dad realized she was not in the car, we did keep him there until the police arrived. According to the police the man had a video camera, condoms, and lube in the car. He is right where he belongs.......As for Us I just know we did do the right thing......He is in jail......Not Dead.",

I agree, this was not taking the law into their hands. I say, “What law?”

They were engaging in a legal act of self-defense. Every time someone does this the liberal state controlled media talks about vigilante justice and lynching of blacks. They never talk about all the white cattle and horse thieves who were lynched.

Fighting back is only wrong if you go after the wrong person or if you over react. Sometimes it is necessary in order to protect yourself. The cops are not there to protect you, they are only there to enforce the particular laws they are enforcing at the time.

PS, I am not advocating breaking any laws, my commentary is only personal opinion and not for guidance or inspiration. I obey all the laws that I am aware of.

He was 25. Probably an introvert and social reject who has difficulty hooking up with girls his own age. I don't think he's actually a pedophile in the true sense of the word.

Plus as I said, it isn't clear what her role in it all is. Girls that age chase after older guys for a variety of reasons, one of them being the ability to escape from parents they see as strict and unreasonable, others for the notoriety of it all, riding around in his car, access to booze and drugs, etc.Others are already community sluts, and looking for new ways to shock and awe their peer group.

No, I didn’t miss that sentence. I acknowledged that up thread. Where I take issue with your statement is that the family did anything wrong.
