Also, as someone else pointed out, in 1964 in East Africa the currency was divided into pounds, shillings and cents, with each shilling equal to 100 cents.

In 1964 in Australia they were still using pounds, shillings and pence (they didn’t move to the Australian dollar until 1966).

So the 7 shillings, 6 pence cost listed at the top is perfectly consistent for Australia, but wrong for Kenya.

That picture of Eric Lavender was taken in Nov 2004 when he was visiting a mission in Uganda, which borders Kenya to the west.

E F Lavender signed the Kenyan birth certificate in 1964 ...

Without talking to him, it’s very plausible looking at his age that it’s the same person on the same continent.

All I can say right now is that this one seems to be faked -- possibly as long as a year ago, in order to confuse things.

I'd like to see the other birth documents WND has. Can't really comment on them without seeing them.

Just noticed a couple of things:

The name of the deputy registrar is Oduya, begins with “O” - ends with “a.”

His signature uses an overly large “O” and a trailing “a” - similar to BHOs signature.

I know, it was my understanding the E.F. Lavender was being touted as a soap in Kenya, this was to show that there are indeed E.F. Lavenders.
