There are now modified photos of the COLB that broke here yesterday. The changes are so slight, that no one is noticing them.

The changes are so subtle, you can barely tell which one you are looking at.
This modified one is showing jokes like: The Font of the Certificate=Schmutz (A Schmutz is a chump, as in you are a chump) #5733=The number of the Certificate, is code for : "Problem with Windows REGISTRY", a sly reference to your claim that Obama does not appear on the Hawaii Live Birth Registry. 47O44=Easiest of all. BOH's age=47 0=O (if you look close you can tell that that is a Schmutz Font "Oh" not "Zero") EF Lavender is ORGANIC DISH SOAP
The original one does not say EF Lavender, it says KF Lavender. The original one shows the number is: 47,644.

The Aussie cert is a simple prank and its existence lends no validity to the Kenyan certificate. The Kenyan Certificate needs to be critically analyzed. I have made my own guesses which are not worth much, but I believe the typewritten portions were created with an authentic vintage typewriter, but it appears that the printed portions are too clean and consistent to be from a 1964 printing.
Top of this thread. It was claimed that 47,644 was the original and 47,044 was an alteration created to muddy the waters. JimRob seconded the claim. But that claim is wrong, based on bad information.

Azure was/still is a pigment made from ground lapis lazuli stone.
It was rare and much prized as makeup by the Egyptians and its desirability as “eye shadow” continued until the present day.

I kept seeing an E but after all the other weirdness, started to mistrust my own eyes.

But, that is exactly what happened last year, with the image of the purported Hawaiian document, by whatever name.
All the snooping in the world can't prove a thing about the object photographed or scanned. You need the physical piece of paper to go about determining anything.
People are clearly fascinated by this, and want to help. That desire to help is being sorely taken advantage of, by those who wish to smokescreen the whole thing.
Either the original purported legal document is authentic, or it is not. The image of the original, purported legal document doesn't matter.
Hopefully someone has corrected your conclusion by now, but what apparantly happened was the copy you originally saved early Sunday AM was more compressed and had JPEG artifacts obscuring part of the 0 in 47,044 making it look like 47,644. The E/K difference is similar and shows up more often, but it has been verified by multiple reliable sources (e.g. Salamander) that the original is "E. F. Lavender" and "47,044".
I would add, as I have said many times, the Kenyan Certificate needs critical, skeptical analysis particularly the fonts used to create the printed form. In my opinion the typewritten fonts look legitimate (created on a real 1964 typewriter), but I have my doubts about the form iteself. I am not an expert at this, just an engineer.

I saved a copy of it and now that it appears to have fallen down the memory hole, I guess it’s a good thing I did.
