Birthers Proven Right: Obama's Kenyan Birth Certificate Found
examiner.com ^ | August 3, 2009 | Geoff Linsley

For about a year now there has been a great deal of debate about whether or not President Barack Obama is truly a natural born American citizen. According to the Constitution, Article 2, Sec. 1, “No person except a natural born citizen…shall be eligible to the office of president.” The Obama campaign and administration have always claimed that he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. A Certificate of Live Birth was presented by the Obama campaign showing that Obama is an American citizen[1]; however, Hawaiian law didn’t require Obama to actually have been born in Hawaii in order to obtain this registration.[2] This, among other things, has created a public outcry – from a group now referred to as “birthers” – for Obama to show his long form birth certificate, which would disclose information such as which hospital he was born in, who delivered him, etc. that would solidify the fact that he actually was born in America. The Obama campaign and administration have failed to present this document to anyone. Instead, they have been suppressing the issue using two tactics: hiring lawyers to defend him against the legal dilemma – such as lawyer Perkins Coie, who was paid $688,316[3] – and creating the ignorant propaganda, repeated by many liberals, that anyone who questions Obama’s eligibility is weird, crazy or racist. The liberal mainstream media has propagated the latter tactic through news broadcasts, such as Nightly News with Brian Williams, which incorrectly assert that Obama has proven his eligibility.[4]

The typing on the alleged birth certificate EXCEEDS that generally available in that part of the world “way back when”.

“So far it’s a picture of a document on line.It means nothing “.

OH NO, another “birther”. Wait, this thread is about a Kenyan BC. So, of course that’s not evidence! Good thing we got to look at Bammys BC. Well, the Ko’s kids. And factcheck. Yep, no doubt about it. Bammy’s Bona Fide

I used to have a laugh riot taking .doc into mac (through my XT/Apple interface device, available at computer stores at for $35.00 each ~ not all that popular as it turned out).

Once there I'd take the image into MACDRAW and tone it up to match Washington Post font. Could paste an article in the daily newspaper I left on the table in the swingroom that'd curl the hair of the dead.

Do the story at home. Transfer it to Mac format at home. Do the "editing" before work in the morning on a really great MAC system. Set the news in place just at lunch.

That "dot" ain't no thing. Not saying any of this is faux, but we have a standard here ~ was something done that could not be done at the time, that time being the date of "printing" which another Freeper noted was 1964, not 1961.

BTW, materials produced in Malaysia were far more advanced than those produced in Kenya in that year, and the document presented to us is better than contemperanous Malaysia documents I've seen in recent times.

Jus'sayin' be careful with this one.

Since the Constitution is supposed to reign Supreme, then that automatically makes this issue of utmost importance, unless of course, you just don’t give a damn. Unbelieveable, that anyone who loves their country would take an issue of eligibility for the highest and most powerful, either for good or bad, so lightly.

You may not think it important, but that does not make the issue idiotic. Swallowing everything that the MSM (inherent Obama butt-kissers) says is what is really idiotic. You may want to be RULED by an illegal alien KING, but most patriots don’t. CO

"And what's more, the documents effecting the change are sealed, and any government official faces criminal sanctions if they disclose anything about it."

Well, that's Russia. There may be similar legislation in some states, but not most, I think. But the formulation I gave would not actually release any details of the birth certificate---just verify information in it that has already (supposedly) been released, but do so in a manner which actually would satisfy LEGAL requirements for proof (notarized paper statement or sworn verbal). The actual document wouldn't necessarily appear.

And frankly, I think the laws for election (especially for President) should be changed so that any and ALL records of any candidate become public. The notion of "this record is sealed", "that record is sealed", and so on is simply BS. If you're gonna run for president EVERYTHING about you should be available to the public. If you want to keep secrets, don't run for office.

Speaking of "original documents" the part of Canada South of the Great Lakes had been thoroughly surveyed by the Brits long before the Treaty of Webster-Ashburton.

Before the ink was dry the British took all the land and other local government records with them to Canada where they are still located. I've looked up some stuff to verify they have it ~ in a special section in an historic document repository in Ottawa.

The United States had to resurvey all the same territory.

I'd guess the British did not change their policies regarding their colonial service in Kenya and probably withdraw with ALL of their records intact ~ that would include the birth records discussed here (if any such items were generated at that time). The question would be the location of those records - could be in Rhodesia (now ruled by Robert Mugabe and his band of merry thugs).

I think that the Kenyan document is an Obama false flag operation: a deliberate forgery planted to make the “birthers” look foolish.

The birther movement works to Obama’s advantage as a “divide and conquer” political strategy. It keeps the conservative movement at each others’ throats. Obama will never release any further documents under pressure from his political opposition when the next election is three and a half years away.

Obama is a former constitutional law professor at the University of Chicago. He is well aware that the Constitution requires only two pieces of information to document natural born status: place of birth within the United States and date of birth showing that the candidate is 35 years old.

Obama’s short form Hawaii Department of Health issued COLB documents the required data.

Until someone proves in a court of law that his Hawaii COLB is forged or fraudulent, that document stands as meeting the constitutional requirements set forth in Article Two Section One. A section of the Constitution which coincidentally has never been tested in Court or further defined by legislation.

Holy crap, take a chill pill! And while you’re at it, show me his birth certificate......and the rest of his sealed past.

Exactly, the left is always going to find something to smear conservatives with so why worry about what they might say?

Sarah Palin is as clean as the driven snow yet the lefties try to drag her through the mud every chance they get.

We can keep trying to investigate this mofo while at the same time work on derailing his insane commie legislation.

Let’s keep attacking him on all fronts!

Nope. And I’ve got to believe WND when they say they’ve found others just like it.

If, however, they fail to produce the other examples, I’ll have to start thinking unkind thoughts about this form # 44O47.

The problem is that this issue has conservatives attacking each other, which works to Obama’s advantage. This very thread is proof of that.

And I suppose the Dhimmis haven’t been fighting each other lately?

Anybody as secretive as Hussein literally begs for this kind of attention. And, last I checked, at least half the country possessed some degree of skepticism about his being a NBC.

You are full of garbage mister. I learned to type on a manual typewriter back in 1961, the year of Obama’s birth. The typing on that document looks EXACTLY like it came from an old manual typewriter. Why do you want to come up with this crap about Microsoft Word? Are you really that careless and lacking in knowledge or are you trying to support Obama?

Have you noticed how Obama has responded to the “attention?”

I happen to be one of the world's most informed experts regarding the issue of printing ~ how it's done, how to get it, how to make it, how to do stuff.

And you? A manual typewriter?

In 61?

By that time I was using a specially set up electric to do 238 WPM.

A noxious breeze blows in your direction.

You are in error. The requirement is to be a "natural born citizen" ~ not that he must actually be born in the USA. You can presently be born outside the USA and if one of your parents is a US citizen you will qualify. Not so long ago if you were born outside the USA to a foreign mother, or father, you were not automatically a US citizen.

There's been little done in the way of court cases or statutes to hedge in and qualify what "natural born" really means.

In general way back in 1961 it was common throughout Africa to find handwritten documents and few typewriters.

As late as the mid 1970s I was helping State Department smuggle a fairly modern manual typewriter into Khartoum.

End of story.

You’re correct about one thing, there is no legislation and no Supreme Court decisions on this issue. US law defines “Citizen at Birth” pretty carefully but the term “Natural Born Citizen” has never been further defined.
http://www.richw.org/dualcit/law.html#CitByBirth
Its a shame that the current Supreme Court has thus far rejected for lack of standing hearing every case attempting to apply the natural born citizen clause in Article Two Section One with specific regard to Barack Obama.
By refusing to hear any suits challenging Obama’s eligibility, the Supreme Court is in effect saying that Citizens by birth qualify as Natural Born Citizens.

I wouldn’t expect a narcissistic fake like Hussein to respond in any way except to continue stonewalling. My interest is to continue the investigative process—since the press won’t do it’s job, we’ll have to do it for them, apparently—and see where it leads. If this alleged Kenyan document has validity, Obama’s power and influence will sink like a rock no matter what he does and, who knows? maybe the courts will decide to do their job for a change.

I am arguing for the authenticity of the Kenyan birth certificate. It is simply worth pursuing and trying to validate to those of us who care about the truth.
