You are in error. The requirement is to be a “natural born citizen” ~ not that he must actually be born in the USA. You can presently be born outside the USA and if one of your parents is a US citizen you will qualify. Not so long ago if you were born outside the USA to a foreign mother, or father, you were not automatically a US citizen.
There’s been little done in the way of court cases or statutes to hedge in and qualify what “natural born” really means.
US citizens, of course, wouldn't be required to be listed on such a visa, but here the law is clear. The question of Obama's claim on citizenship rests initially with his father's status, the legal requirement to be listed on his visa, and whether or not anyone has yet taken action to do so.
Whatever else is involved, the mother wasn't yet 19, and there are legal challenges resting on that problem.
We don't even have to have him born abroad (in Kenya or wherever) to question his citizenship.
