The only way I think is if thousands of military personnel file a class action and demand SCOTUS rule he is is ineligible based on the evidence the courts will demand.
At that point Congress will be asked to their job or the Joint Chiefs will remove him. A Constitutional attorney wrote about this scenario. We currently have what appears to be a Kenyan and an Israeli running this country.
