And then one of our moderators spotted this:
http://www.scribd.com/doc/18018714/Fake-Obama-Kenya-birth-certificate
It has several clues, but also there's this question:
Who is E. F. Lavender?
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=earth+friendly+lavender&aq=f&oq=&aqi
Earth Friendly Lavender detergent?
You mean, how long until Orly Taitz stumbles on another "real" one and WND picks it up.
And I don't know the answer to that question.
Realistically, it doesn't matter at all anyway. It would take a mass uprising to get them out now anyway. I know that the 111th Congress couldn't care if he actually was the son of Nikita Khrushchev. They wouldn't care if he had martian DNA. And I don't think SCOTUS has the cajones to even make a ruling no matter the evidence (much less one that was listened to).
The document has stood up well to the challenges from numerologists, agnostics, environmental soap marketers, amateur historians, mockers, a myriad of visitors from DU ....
The only emotion here is coming from you, repeating the same thing over and over again even though it may well have no bearing on the case. Is it something to wonder about? Sure. But you going around doing a childish ‘A-HA!’ with it every 5 minutes doesn’t help matters.
Here is another [possible troll] one time reply on this thread.
If the right wants to beat Obama, then it will have to do it over issues, not over this kind of useless horse doo-doo.

... and he was on the "genuine" side with the Hawaii one.
It's all political, to the favor of Obama with Charles Johnson, in other words.
Me, I honestly believe the one posted, purportedly from Hawaii, is neither here nor there, because it couldn't prove anything anyone wants to know, even if it were genuine.
This one, purportedly from Kenya, could prove a great deal, but it's what so many people want to believe, so badly, and therefore it is highly suspicious.
But, the entire birth certificate thing is a giant red herring anyway, because Obama's ineligibility under the Constution is already established, with no birth certificate(s) necessary.
So, we have another big distraction, along about the time several of us FReepers were really beginning to put together the Constitutional case, for original intent.
That's going to be lost in the uproar, again, and Obama gets another reprieve, another year.
It’s a new HOAX with Orly every week. First she commits prima facie violations of Federal Law in the Lt. Easterling case. Are we to believe that BO’s Justice Dept. let her get away with breaking Federal Law? No way, BO’s Justice Dept. is using Orly to discredit all the Legitimate Patriots who question BO’s Eligibility. Leo Donofrio had Orly pegged months ago.

Just last week Orly was saying it was all over for BO because of her Cook cases. Then Orly incompetently loses two cases for Maj. Cook in record time and then Cook lost his civilian job at Simtech. Some “lawyer” that Orly.

Do you really believe that anyone in their right mind who really had a copy of BO’s BC would entrust it to a “lawyer” like Orly? No way, Orly is being used again by the BO campaign to humiliate legitimate Patriots who question BO’s Eligibility.
Fool us once, shame on you. Fool us twice, shame on us. How many times has Orly fooled us? So many times I have lost count, but Orly doesn’t fool me anymore. I don’t believe anything she says or does.
Yes. I will agree that if it is a fake, it’s a pretty good one. All of the objections I’ve seen thus far have at least plausible explanations.
That’s not to say it’s real; I still have a lot of doubts about it, especially given that we have no idea how someone supposedly got his hands on it.
Charles and Polarik are on the fake side, but I’m on the side that is willing to let this play out. Orly Taitz has asked for authentication, and the court has this document in its possession now. It is entitled to some benefit of the doubt, I think, because despite the objections about Lavender, Republic, numbers, etc., it sure does look like something that was typed on a third-world manual typewriter and has been folded most of the time for 45 years. The paper has permanent curvature. Until someone can show evidence of fakery that is based on more than just argumentation, I do not want us to rush to judgment. Let’s gather evidence pro or con, but leave the verdict to the judge.
I am no fan, never have never will be, of 0bama. I don't want our dislike of him and his policy cloud our judgment.
L_Patriot,
Welcome to FR, n00b.
The fact that so many trolls have shown up here in the last day decrying this document as a fake and trying to riducule us into ignoring it is evidence that even those on the left think this is possibly a genuine document.
So far nobody has provided any solid evidence to dispute the document. Only conjecture. There is a book and page number listed where the original record was recorded. If that page documents the birth, then Obama has some explaining to do. If the book and page are fraudulent, then the document is a fraud. If that particular book turns up missing or there are pages ripped out, then that would suggest that the Chicago people got to somebody.
I don’t think it would be that difficult to bribe some low level clerk in Kenya.
Excellent find -- but we shouldn't expect those blind to the truth to actually read it.
Although all of this remains an open question at this point, I do think that this type of manipulation is plausible. The Clintons did this type of thing often, floating tidbits of misinformation that cast them in a negative light, and then having one of their ‘defenders’ refute these things publicly in a way that brought ridicule to their detractors and that made them look ‘above it all’.
I think people should be skeptical. Do you remember the Texas NG story? People do not want to burn with fakes produced by DUers. Use logic and reason to determine whether the documents are real, not emotion.
There has been much to read and I have chosen to take it in before commenting, if at all...but one piece of evidence which is strong is just what you said...The trolls have arrived in droves! Almost as if someone let them out of a cage somewhere...
