The entire birther argument, that Obama was actually born in Kenya instead of the US, making him ineligible for holding the office of the President of the US, is a spurious argument. It plays into Obama and the liberals hands - they want this to continue since it makes regular conservatives and opponents into fringe wackos.
Not one of us would've looked harder at his legitimacy than Hilary Clinton and the entire Clinton smear machine during the Democratic primaries. That magic bullet would've given Hilary the presidency - and yet nada, bupkis.
There are many valid reasons to oppose Obama and the liberals, but his birthplace isn't one of them.
Oh, so you now you need college records and passport documentation, too. I thought this was all about making sure he met the constitutional requirements to be President? So his being born in one of the 50 states to an American mother is not enough for you? Do you need to see his birthmarks and baby teeth, too?
No thanks. The key lawyer in the key case says they’ve spent at least that. And I have no reason to doubt it. In fact, the use of multiple law firms to fight multiple cases makes it a certainty that they have.

It’s a neutral term, to my ears. Nothing derogatory about it in itself. It only takes on a bad connotation because that’s the way the MSM (and conservative outlets) frame it. Like how “colored” or “midget” started out as benign but eventually became slurs, to some people, because of the way others used them.
Terms like “capitalist,” on the other hand, are poisonous to begin with. For although the private ownership of capital is essential to economic theory, it is only part of the story, and a part of the story that people are prone to misunderstand. They’re lucky people don’t call them Kenyaners. At least Birthers points to the strongest part of their argument, i.e. that Obama should be more open.

Guess you're not understanding this whole "source" thingy. He's not a "source" simply because he says he is. If you make a claim that someone has spent x amount of money on something, the proof you need is some documentation of that fact. Not some guy on the street saying, "yeah, I think he spent that much". Not good enough.

Lets be clear: The Berg suit claimed he was not a citizen even if born in US. Dr Orly T. filed a suit claiming similarly, wanting to get US courts to use a Swiss theorists words as the basis for constitutional interpretation (while ignoring SCOTUS rulings etc.)

Berg’s lawsuit discovery request was huge boatload of fishing expedition requests including depositions from Obama himself. baloney. Also, college records are completely irrelevent to the eligibility claim and a clear sign of a ‘nuisance’ lawsuit not a serious one.
Because since the COLB is sufficient for getting passport and sufficient for getting a drivers license, its pretty obvious that it should be acceptable proof of being born in the US, combined with this testament or other proof to validate the COLB’s integrity as a legal state of hawaii document proving birth in Hawaii:

I believe in standing for truth and righteousness regardless of the prevailing opinion of the masses. I don’t mind being the lone voice in the wilderness. What told you dual citizenship at birth is a disqualifier to the presidency? So far as I know, dual citizens are not a seperate legal category.
