Guess you're not understanding this whole "source" thingy. He's not a "source" simply because he says he is. If you make a claim that someone has spent x amount of money on something, the proof you need is some documentation of that fact. Not some guy on the street saying, "yeah, I think he spent that much". Not good enough.
If you make a claim that he has not spent that money...I need a link or a source.
