Hunter/DeMint 2012

I could support that!

And, as freeper Rodney Dangerfield suggested on another thread, replace Steele with Sarah Palin as head of the GOP. Fundraising would quadruple in 10 minutes.

Andrea's wrong again. Surprise.

I look forward to helping others – to fight for our state and our country, and campaign for those who believe in smaller government, free enterprise, strong national security, support for our troops, and energy independence.” ... Sarah Palin

Could Sarah Palin win Congress for the GOP in 2010?.

Reports Palin Advised Staff ... ARE NOT TRUE

She didn’t deserve what Republicans have done to her either.

Palin has just betrayed our movement

It's NOT 'OUR' movement - it's the conservative movement. Your post reeks of a liberal mindset.

>> Palin/Bachmann <<

I wonder if a Paul/Keyes ticket might get more votes?

Hunter/DeMint 2012

Hunter ran already. He got about 2 votes. Enough already.

Enough already is right. Duncan Hunter is a good and decent man, but c'mon. Some FReepers really need to move on...

Palin can now raise money and take the gloves off and go after her critics in a way that a sitting Governor can’t.

Mark Levin agrees with you, and so do I.

Sarah needed to do this. Per her statement, she and her staff have consumed 80% of their time and effort fighting off scurrilous attacks from the left in recent months.

How could she even do her job as Governor, in that sort of war? Answer: she couldn't, and that was an ongoing dis-service to the Alaskan people.

The timing was awful, but she wasn't allowed to pick the timing, because of the never-ending onslaught of attacks against her. She made the move she needed to make, so that she could reposition herself to serve her fellow Americans from a position of strength.

It's a tactical move that Sun Tzu would be proud of. She is now free to attack her enemies in fabian style. Now you see her, now you don't. She's now unchained from the easily targeted position of the Governorship.

She can now move from defense to offense, and begin building her base for 2012. It's brilliant.

Well you know there’s some stuff I like to see or hear for myself before I go off half cocked believing what the enemy says.

I agree with you and I think Sarah is brilliant. MJ is knocked off the front page before he is even buried. Zero could starting excreting diamonds and gold and no one would notice for a few days. And after all the talking heads are done, they still are going to have only speculation.

Everything that Sarah says and does is going to start new speculation and headlines. Anytime she wants airtime, she will get it. When she is good and ready to let us know what she wants to do, Greta will get the scoop. Katie and Andrea will have to watch Fox to catch up.

Are you kidding? The point guard who passed off the ball while keeping her eye on the bigger picture - to win? And played with injuries? If that were the case she more than likely would have finished her term as governor.

Just keep ‘em guessing ... in that unconventional kind of way. Dontcha just love the way Rush imitates Andrea!!

The new effort should include really being able to differentiate the conservatives from the RINOs in all future elections from now on, and not just attack the Democrats. If conservatives succeed in ending the ongoing existence of RINOs, then conservatism will make a healthy political comeback in the U.S. in, both, the short-term future and the long-term future. Right now, I still don’t see conservatism really doing all that they can do to equally attack ALL NON-CONSERVATIVES everywhere in the U.S., and this is an ongoing problem.

I guess you can believe what Andrea Mitchell, MSM Liar, says, or hear what Sarah was implying in her speech.

This frees her up to get out there and campaign for 2010 Congressional candidates, and then jump in 2012 Presidential race herself.

Andrea Mitchell... HAHAHAHAHA!
