I fly a lot. It's gotten to be such a hassle that I'm cutting down on my air travel, and even turning down a number of engagements because I just don't want to go through the ordeal at the airports.
What ordeal? If you ask that question, you must not have flown anywhere since 9/11. I'm talking about the security gauntlet every passenger has to go through!
If you have flown anywhere, you've had to get in the lines. Take off every bit of metal bigger than a dime, your jacket, hat and shoes, perhaps your belt and, if you have a computer, put it in a separate tray, hoping for a reunion after you pass your body through a powerful scanner. If you have a metal knee or hip replacement or a pacemaker, you'll probably have to go through a separate line and submit to a "wand scan" and even a hands-on "pat down." It can be quite humiliating, and the process can even cause you to miss your plane, after all that.
If you've checked into a hotel lately, you know you always have to produce your driver's license or valid photo identification. Same if you want to rent a car . When you shop at Costco, for Pete's sake, you have to prove you're who you are and that you're a credentialed Costco shopper with a valid credit card (which they'll verify on the spot) just to get in the door.
When you get gas if you can still afford it to and you want to use your credit card, you pass it into a slot checker, and still have to punch in your zip code. Right? In today's world, you have to be ready to show valid, verifiable identification for almost

Not so sure about Palin not being able to win...I think she’s the reason it was so close last fall. The dims are still attacking her....why? Perhaps they are scared for good reason.
Freepers did expose it, soon as it came out. One freeper inparticular has been at the forefront of the photo analysis.
i believe you just answered the resolution. They all poo poo’d the issue. they have alot to lose too.
that is open to interpretation. The 14th amendment has only been interpreted that way. it may not mean just that.
>>We have the power through States’ Rights to prevent Obama from holding the office of president in 2012. The question is, “Will we use it?”<<
Which is why I said in an earlier post that this should be challenged state by state as none of the SOS did their job in vetting him.
In know for instance that NJ allowed a man with a green card to appear on the presidential ballot until it was challenged in supreme court.
>>It is just the opposite: the framers did not want it to mean naturalization to mean natural born citizen, thats why they removed natural born in that clause and inserted only citizen. [... to state that such children born to citizens beyond the seas are citizens of the U.S., but are not legally to be considered natural born citizens of the U.S.]<<
I am sorry. I am getting hammered here by about 4 people on this issue.
So this will be my last post ion the subject as I have been directed to over 100 page documents that I am supposed to scour for one line.
I agree that the framers did not want Natural Born to mean anything BUT natural born.
so are we talking about Mccain .. the moot point again, which is to drive me nuts on something that doesn’t matter or obama?
because either way, Obama is not eligible.
Well, Pissant, why hasn’t the “exposure” of the Obama COLB had the same results as the Rathergate exposure?
Because the Republicans and the establishment “conservative” media - Nat. Review, Weekly Standard, WSJ, etc. are afraid of being called racists, conspiracy theorists and/or kooks.
They jumped on board with the work done be freepers and bloggers when it threatened to derail GWB. Afterall, it was CBS making these accusations on National TV, and Bush would have lost had it been true.
These same outfits see Obama’s birth certificate & college records, as well as Obama’s proven, absolute, irrefutable lifelong ties to radical anti-american marxists as distracting side issues. After all, Obama won and he is the president now. And they view the work done by bloggers and freepers as the equivalent to what CBS did TO Bush, not what the bloggers and freepers did to save Bush.
In other words, they are a bunch of limp wristed girly men.
