The most recent master list of ping lists is from 2007 (over two years old - egad!). So, after another FReeper suggested tonight that we need an updated master list, I figured, take some initiative.

Anyways, if you have a ping list, or more than one, (please) say so on this thread so I can compile a new master list over the next week.

I maintain the Free Republic Folding@home ping list (F@H), which helps out with basic research for Alzheimer’s Disease. Parkinson's Disease and Huntington's Disease.

The second amendment wasn't the issue in my day, but the hypocracy was fairly the same. Anyway, a lot of getting the grade in these situations is knowing what the prof is asking for. The best grade I have ever recieved on a paper was only because I went to a teachers assistant grad student and asked him exactly what the prof wanted.

He had no problem telling me either. I immediately went to the college library and started pulling out doctoral and masters' dissertations that were published on the topic to look at how they attacked the issue, and their own "acceptable" sources. Perfectly fair game.
