The proffesor and student could not understand why liberals did not support the second, because they considered themselves liberal and loved there guns. Went on to describe last hunt/skee shoot.

The second amendment wasn't the issue in my day, but the hypocracy was fairly the same. Anyway, a lot of getting the grade in these situations is knowing what the prof is asking for. The best grade I have ever recieved on a paper was only because I went to a teachers assistant grad student and asked him exactly what the prof wanted.

He had no problem telling me either. I immediately went to the college library and started pulling out doctoral and masters' dissertations that were published on the topic to look at how they attacked the issue, and their own "acceptable" sources. Perfectly fair game.
