WASHINGTON – A bill approved by the House of Representatives and referred to the Senate would prohibit federal employees of executive branch from being compelled to release any document unless a court makes a specified determination by a preponderance of evidence – legislation at least one group suspects is designed to protect Barack Obama's elusive birth certificate from release.
The legislation, HR 985, resides in the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Sovereignty Alliance has issued a "red alert" about the bill it calls "stealth legislation ... to protect Obama from providing his birth certificate."

Yeah, I caught that word documentary before, I also kept thinking of BHO but I think the crazy black president in the movie was smarter than BHO because he was at least smart enough to know that someone else could be smarter than he was. That alone puts him ahead of Obama. Obama makes me think of a little guy I knew once who looked like a frog but thought he was very handsome. Obama actually believes he is a genius.

Not really him wanting it both ways...this is Soros, plain and simple. In the mid 90's, ACORN, represented by POS Potus in a number of legal cases, including Motor Voter and mortgage discrimination, came to the light of Soros, laundering money thru ACORN. Once Zer0 won the senate seat, with ACORN's help, Soros thought he had his boy. Then, when he (Soros) was discraced because he could not oust Bush in the election for his second term (Although ACORN and Soros did try...vis-a-vis the Florida issue), Soros really got pissed and knew if he could put a black man for president up on a race based pedestal, any problems could be brushed off as "Racist."
Now, Soros needed something to blackmail those that were semi-patriotic and that is what we need to uncover. Who knew what, when and why are they not saying it? It is so damned obvious that mouths have been forced closed, but for what reason?

You are so spot on. I completly believe what you said. I have been asked and have vigorously tried to see if O was born in the Vancouver General Hospital. I trained there as an RN in the mid to late 60’s but the one dr. that I am still friends with is just not willing to “get into it”. First he said he would. Then he said “it was a long way away and he wasn’t having hospital privilages anymore as he is retirement age”. However, he did promise me that when he went to see a friend or a really good patient he would run down to medical records and search out whether O’s mother was in THAT hospital in August of 1961. Then all of a sudden he said, “ well somebody has freaked this hospital out and now they won’t give that info to anyone:? I don’t know what to believe. He was a great friend and in fact I worked for him for 5 years was almost to marry him except he had an out of control cambeling (sp?) habit. He is part chinese and part Canadian. I was devestated but he finally said he wasn’t going to do it. He also told me that the hospital had somehow had other requests that “freaked” them out and now VGH is worried about law suits. He has every right as a qualified B.C. doctor to search medical records but he has to sign in with his number. IF he got the info and it was as we can expect, then the media and Globalists will be after both him and me. My family is warning me to stay out of it. My American cousins are begging me for the information and I want to take the chance but he is my only source. It’s a horrible situation. My one american friend said to me “ I give up”. Well he isn’t the one trying to do this. It is not only not easy it is next to impossible and it’s dangerous. Who am I that the Globalist’s don’t believe is indespensible? Obama is not a Natural Born Citizen because his father was not a citizen. Barack Hussein Obama, Sr. was many things, A drunkard, a polygamist, a bad driver, a wife beater, a Muslim, an economist of sorts, just not an American Citizen.
Barack, Sr. was born a subject of King George, lived as a subject of Queen Elizabeth, and died a citizen of Kenya. Barack Jr.'s mother was a Natural Born American Citizen. Young Barack Jr. was therefore a dual citizen at birth, of the UK and of the United States, and that would be true if he were born in Hawaii, Vancouver, Kenya, or Hope, Arkansas.
He just cannot be a Natural Born Citizen of the United States. This is a concept of English Common Law, and not spelled out anywhere in the Constitution, or anywhere else I can find.
There is no controlling authority to enforce this concept, save one. That is it is within the power of every state legislature to require their state's electors to demand documentary proof of eligibility from every candidate before (a) putting them on the state's official ballot and, (b) before giving a candidate THE STATE's Electoral Votes.
That is what the Electoral College is supposed to do: weigh a Presidential candidate's worthiness for office and cast their votes accordingly. Technically speaking, we do not have a popularly elected President. Sorry.

On other BC threads, I've read where some think obama couldn't be made to produce his BC on the grounds that he might incriminate himself. How interesting. What crimes would he be incriminating himself of?
Moreover, if it isn't a big deal, but rather a mere distraction, then why all the deception? Why not just produce the document, the school records, etc. just like other past Presidents and Presidential candidates have done? People who act like they are hiding something always distract me and are the last I'd want to be POTUS.
By the standards, and by the legal meaning of the British lawyers who wrote our Constitution, Barack Hussein Obamba is not a "Natural Born Citizen," OK? Plain enough? There is no way the guy is constitutionally eligible to be President.

The framers never imagined a situation like this, (African Muslim what?) so there is no enforcement mechanism, not even a verification mechanism. Which is why the SCOTUS stayed out of it.
Not a power listed in the Constitution? OK, then. That power is vested in the states. Specifically in the Electoral College, which is made up of The Electors selected by the various states.
Several of the suits that went nowhere attempted to get state Attorneys General to force the electors to demand documentary proof of the presidential candidate's bona fides as a "Natural Born Citizen," before delivering the votes. As you well know: just one blind alley after another. There simply, and it is pretty simple, has to be a law on the books of the state requiring the electors of that state to demand proof. I pray that one state legislature will do this! Just one. Even if it's a state with 3 Electoral Votes, it will establish that state's electors' standing to demand documentation and give every citizen of that state the right to bring suit to see that it is done.
Even if the President runs again in 2012, he would have to present documentation to that state's electors to be included on the official ballot, and to receive the state's electoral votes after the election. Even if the candidate decided to forgo that state's electoral votes and not comply, it certainly would cast a pall over his next term much more severe than the vague doubts blowing in the breeze today.
This would strike a much needed blow for states rights and get this disgraceful anti-constitutional power play out in the open.
"Natural Born Citizen," a citizen born to a mother and father who are both citizens of the United States at the time of the child's birth, either through their birth, or even through naturalization. It is even accepted that their child can be born outside of the United States, although this complicates matters a bit. So, if BHO, Sr. had been a citizen of the US, BHO, Jr. would be "Natural Born." He ain't.
If he were forced, he'll have to fight the case up to SCOTUS and seek clarification and definition of "Natural Born Citizenship." Or SCOTUS might declare the state law demnanding proof of Natural Born Citizenship unconstitutional. Ya never know!
Full disclosure: I was barely able to stay awake in business law classes. Other than Perry Mason, I don't like lawyer TV programs. All I believe/suspect is that obama is not Constitutionally eligible to be President, therefore he's not eligible to run, and so, in my simplistic AND gate logic way of viewing things, he's not the President. Does that mean he's committed fraud? The votes cast go to ???
Or in another analogy, this horse wasn't fit to run, so even if it wins the race, it's still disqualified and the next horse wins. obama won't submit to the pre and post race Constitutional drug test: Disqualified.
After watching the Clintons in action for eight years and more, I realize that it's foolish to hope that sooner or later, the BC issue will bubble up to the consciousness of the state run media. However, no ones luck holds out forever...not even obama's. God works in mysterious ways.
Obama could have been born during the 4th of July Parade in downtown Oshkosh. It's nice, but it doesn't make him what the founders would have considered a "Natural Born Citizen."
In a way, your horse analogy is quite apt. Obama could be the fastest quarter horse in the world, but he wouldn't be qualified to run in the Derby. That's for Thoroughbreds who qualify under the rules. If the quarter horse snuck in and won, he wouldn't get the prize.
The difference is there is no way at the moment to force Obama to show how he meets the rules. He found a loophole that must be closed with laws on a state level requiring him to do so.
Sorry, but Thoroughbred racing has enforceable rules for entering the race. When it comes to running for President, we don't.
