BREAKING: White House Overrides FBI and DHS on Gitmo Release

Moving quickly to release Chinese Uighur terrorists into the United States, Obama administration officials have -- for the second time -- overridden objections of federal agencies responsible for national security.

The first time -- as I reported on April 20 -- the White House overrode the inter-agency panel it created from all the national security agencies to review all the cases of the Guantanamo Bay prisoners. That panel found that the seventeen Uighurs -- members of the East Turkestan Islamic Movement captured at an al-Queda training camp in Pakistan -- were too dangerous to release in the United States.

There is no exception to this rule for amnesty or political asylum.

They cannot be legally admitted as aliens into the US, period.

If they are brought here & issued papers, then Obama, Holder and DHS have broken the law, it's that simple.

So I expect them to claim-- despite the mountains of evidence to the contrary that the gov has already admitted in evidence to their habeus proceedings-- that they have no ties to terorist organizations.

They will simply lie like dogs.

I’ve read through all the posts. Can anyone explain why they are being released here?

If they are not terrorists, why not put them on a plane to China?

It seems cruel and unusual punishment to release these poor guys in a strange country. Will we be providing food, housing, and job training for them?

Just announced on the radio - an un-named department of Energy person in the Obama administration has swine flu and so do 3 members of his/her family.

The dept of Energy person accompanied Obama on the trip he took to Mexico.

They report to the POTUS, so they can not arrest him. What they have to do is take the evidence to the Justice Dept, and then ??? either the AG or SCOTUS can order an arrest through the US Marshall Service.
