In a two part interview airing tonight and tomorrow night on FOX News Channels Hannity (9-10PM ET), former Vice President Dick Cheney shared his thoughts on the CIA memos that were recently declassified and also revealed his request to the CIA to declassify additional memos that confirm the success of the Bush administrations interrogation tactics:
CHENEY:
One of the things that I find a little bit disturbing about this recent disclosure is they put out the legal memos, the memos that the CIA got from the Office of Legal Counsel, but they didn't put out the memos that showed the success of the effort. And there are reports that show specifically what we gained as a result of this activity. They have not been declassified.

Absolutely. Cheney isn’t turning them the other cheek, which is good.
I wish Cheney were President right now.
Ha! I would LOVE to know! ;-)
I wish Cheney would de-classify the Bush Research on Zer0 true birth place.
Great picture. Thanks for posting it.
The contrast between then and now is so unsettling even though it’s been such a short time. It feels like the very foundation of the America we were bequeathed by our Founders is crumbling beneath us.
It seems to have happened quickly, yet it has been an ongoing struggle for many years. If not for men like Dick Cheney along the way, it would have crumbled long before now. I pray we make it through this time, and have the opportunity to shore up the foundation again.
Read the Cheney biography, "Angler." Cheney was president to a large degree, and that was a good thing. While Bush was busy being compassionate, Cheney was making the hard decisions. Unfortunately, the author, obviously a lib, writes the book like that was a bad thing.
I am so cynical everything is sarcasm to me. LOL>....
only Sanford and cheney so far has really impressed me thus far for 2012.
Jindal shouldn’t have told Cheney to lay off obama and he doesn’t come across as someone who will attack and one thing we need in this party right now is some who can attack and be articulate
saw a car outside my house this evening and so I went out to see how it was,
I live in a quiet area and we do not get many cars going by .
Anyway I went out and confronted the woman who told me she was from the census and that I will be getting a leaflet soon.
I told her to keep it and not bother, I don’t know if it was me, my SIG229 or how I look but that woman screeched out of here.
It actually crossed my mind that it might have been ACORN or one of the goon squad from the far left.
Anyway the wife had the shotgun at the ready in the house protecting the kids and house
thankfully here in FL we have the castle law
... Big Time!
I love your Dream Team! I especialy like your Sec Def.....Duncan Hunter! Hmmmmm, there must be some way we can make this happen!
I’d love to know what Obama said that caused the expressions on each of their faces. Vice President Cheney appears to be holding his tongue for an entirely different reason from President Bush. I’m betting his response would have been quite different from President Bush’s had he been in that position.
But I have to thank God for Dick Cheney. His point is rock-sold, the story has legs, and the heat over this needs to be applied to the snobs full force for what they've done.
Any idea how I can get his autographed photo?
I am hoping he goes on a book tour and I can get his book signed and maybe a picture.
He would have ranked up there with Reagan. He was tremendously loyal to Dubya even when he disagreed. A great, great man.
Wow! Good one. I had not seen that pic before. Gotta save...
“President: Dick Cheney, VP: Lynne Cheney, Sec State: John Bolton, Sec Defense: Duncan Hunter, Dept Homeland Security: Sheriff Joe Arpaio”
Hear, Hear!!
Have you seen this photo?
” I wish I taped the VP debates where he took Lieberman to the woodshed and did everything but put Edwards over his knee and spank him.”
I always have admired his extraordinary coolness under pressure. Extremely well-spoken and unflappable at all times.
If it shows the good that the Bush administration did, “they”
won’t even bother to read them, much less publish them!
They are looking for dirt...and they need to look in their
own back yards for that!
