HR 1388, will hit the House floor on Tuesday.It is called the Generations Invigorating Volunteerism and Education Act (The Give Act.) The House is scheduled to Rule this week. Sponsored by Democrat Representative Carolyn McCarthy (NY), Education and Labor Committee. The objective is to reauthorize and reform the national service laws.
Democrat Rep. McCarthy is sponsoring the bill with 25 co-sponsors, ALL Democrats, including Charlie Rangel. Need I say more.
You say that now. You may need re-education, brother. You sound doubleplus ungood.
When your country doesn’t want you anymore it is time to go. Particularly when the majority in that country are willing to do these things. At that point there is no winning it back. Just ask anyone who was in 1930’s Germany. You may well end up taking up arms against it, but not from within. To fight from within at that point only gets you dead without accomplishing much.
My concerns are many with this Bill.

I have no concerns with this bill except FUBO and the camel you rode in on. I am 2 heartbeats away from packing it up and getting out of here while we still can. I don’t want to have to take to the oceans like the Cubans did.
Better watch it if they include tax deductions, tax-deferred items, freddie mac college loans, and the like.

You probably already have too much common sense to read legalese.
It's the totalitarian model. Make economic success conditional upon support of the political power structure, with rigorous examination of the political purity of the candidates before allowing them access to opportunities to have a middle-class standard of living.
You don't force anything on anybody. You simply ensure that political undesirables are too busy for any sort of political activity, because they are working too hard at menial jobs to get enough to buy food with. Over time, they and their descendants will be marginalized, as those with ambitions for a better life are forced to become enthusiastic supporters of the Party.

Personal Responsiblity is of course State mandated and as you conform to State Rules and Regulations you will find that all of your needs and desires are met by the state.
Family Ties Must Be Weakened - Your family is not as important as the greater good of your service to the state. We must all adopt a philosphy that “We are our Brothers Keeper” and the state shall see to the needs of all.
Of Course The Propagandists Have Noble Intentions - Your service to the state is a noble and Humanitarian goal. Your service will help people to realize that the State is there to help them and that the State should be honored in your sacrifices.
The Effect Is to Heighten Anger and Division Among People -
The state is color blind as we all strive to be you are all equal in the eyes of the state and the state shall give to all as equals regardless of your output. You will learn that
The goal of such vented hatred is also said to be noble - The state will train you that in order to evolve into a society in which people love each other without ‘isms,’ it is necessary to brutalize different classes into appropriate awareness.
