It is an article of faith in the loopier precincts of the Internet, impervious to evidence to the contrary, that Barack Obama is ineligible to be president of the United States because he is not a "natural born citizen" as the Constitution requires.

All this would be quite harmless, like believing in the Illuminati or alien abduction, except that the extra-chromosome true believers have taken to filing suit in the federal courts basically seeking to overturn the election.

what is it going to take to wake people up enough to ask questions about Obama? And one question, perhaps the most pertinent question, is his Constitutional eligibility.

Here is Gov (commerce secretary elect)Bill Richardson saying in Spanish that Obama is an "immigrant." (So he understands understands "immigrant" issues.)The context suggests that by "immigrant" bill richardson means "illegal immigrant"



Here in plain English is the Kenyan Ambassador saying that Obama is born in Kenya.

This means that they're going to attack and attack hard. The fact that the judge in the case earlier in the week is considering imposing a financial penalty on the plaintiff (presumably for barratry) indicates that they're going to ramp it up.

But all Barry has to do is show the birth certificate. If there weren't a problem, he'd be doing it. So that shows -- there's a problem.

The thing that concerned me about that was the fact that the judge called the plaintiffs "Agents Provocateurs". Apparently questioning the emperor is now an act of treason in the eyes of that judge.

Now that the Commie Judge has dismissed the case and put the plaintiff attorney at a disadvantage, I wonder what he's going to come up with? Will the attorney go on and argue the case as is, by invoking "Touchy Demand" as a defense in tandem with arguing for 'quo warranto' or 'nature of remedy"?

How do you fight this by "showing cause"? The lawyer should throw every thing he has at this clown judge. And if he can't convince this Commie Butt-boy judge who will impose punitive monetary actions against this attorney, can the biased judgment be overturned by appeal?

Why would Obama spend so much money on lawyers to prevent having to show a legal birth certificate? It would have been very simple, when the first challenge arose, to have produce his birth certificate and stop the challenge dead in its tracks.

There's not one shred of evidence that anything had been PhotoShopped.

Funny how the Obama lawyers will only submit to a court a web link to "factcheck".org showing the pictures of the alleged COLB, but not the hard copy to the court.

The lawyers have no confidence in submitting the tangible Obama COLB as evidence.

In Obama's autobiography "Dreams of My Father" he tells of discovering his birth certificate and how it affected his life, why then was it necessary for him to create a COLB for this election when he has his original copy and speaks of it's discovery as the turning point in his life?

“I discovered this article, folded away among my birth certificate and old vaccination forms, when I was in high school,”

"Dreams of My Father" was written in 1995,and yet Obama has to resort to a 2007 version of his birth certificate, and yet won't exp[lain why the 2007 version was needed for something he claims to have discovered....

He has never even suggested that his original was lost....
