Hm?....And...Nearly all of your posts have been as an Obama Afterbirth Mopper-Upper.
If you notice, when anyone posts on the colb threads almost instantly 5- names will appear to refute. I think they have an alarm that goes off. They always come quickly and always in groups and they rarely if ever post on any other threads. That fact along tells me there is something BIG with that BC that zer0 wants refuted.
Your logic is flawed.
0bama has provided nothing to allegedly establish that he is a "natural born citizen" - nothing!, so there is nothing to disprove.
The burden of proof is for him to establish his bona fides.
He has spectacularly failed to do that.
Politics doesn't enter into it, It's a matter of constitutional law, and the Constitution applys equally to everyone.
Obama can't do this. So.....Since he can't be held to the **same** standard as other presidents, then we must hold him to a lesser standard. He should ( and courts may ultimate demand) that he present a valid birth certificate, adoption records, passport travel, admission records to college, his registration for the draft, and record of oath of allegiance to this nation.
Simple stuff. Why would object to doing something so simple and inexpensive?’
Hopefully, various states around the nation will correct their election laws and demand that all candidates of **all** positions on the ballot prove their citizenship status, and in the case of president, their natural born status.
Notice how they never post anything negative about the 0ne, all their remarks are directed at us. Invariably when one does come up with something negative about him, they add that we should leave this alone & work toward electing Republicans in 2010, we’re embarrassing ‘sane’ Repubs, etc.
Personally, I think Obama's "Afterbirth Mopper Uppers" are **paid** professional attorneys and public relations people.
I think that those here in Free Republic who are defending the Constitution are doing a wonderful job in defending the Constitution clearly and concisely....and...they aren't paid a dime.
Yes, that observation has been made before, way back in the summer. This is the big issue, and we have to hang on, because when it cracks Obama is toast.
Coming from someone who evidently cannot spell and who evidently does not know how to use a spell checker effectively, that is very rich.
So now we are down to the level of style over substance? It's not what you say but how you say it-- It's too hot!? It's too cold!? Ad nauseum...
Someone may want to remember the old adage that people who live in glass houses should not throw stones.
I do know the name of the doctor who delivered me, and I grew up in the second largest city in my state. The population would have been around 100,000 at that time.
Of course he was also my family doctor until I went to college, he did my college admission's physical for example. He also took out my tonsils. He once came to my house rather than making me come in to the office, being sick and all. Maybe even more than once.
We didn't exactly live in the "rich" part of town. Our street was not even paved (which was pretty unusual, even the "Colored" part of town had paved streets. I don't think they ever did pave it, before they closed it off a few years after we moved in '59 (it'll be 50 years next Saturday :) ) to the house my mother still lives in. The house was moved before the street was closed, but not much before. It's now closer to Mom's house, has a much better basement, and sits on a paved street. :)
The political parties, the courts, the media, and all appropriate entities have failed in their duty to uphold the Constitution. When we neglect those safeguards, we can be sure that those who want to destroy our country will take advantage of our negligence.
I promise you I am not being negative. I am presenting fact.

And I think that's the key part - the continuing relationship. I have no idea who delivered me or my siblings, but I sure remember my two family docs, one for my very early years, one from about age 10 on.
It is my understanding that Indonesian law does not permit dual citizenship. Therefore, by Indonesian law, to become an Indonesian citizen, one must renounce one’s non-Indonesian citizenship, if any.
Game on. You are the one who has consistently chickened out.
And...There is the inevitable “leave this alone” and focus on the next elections.
The question has nothing to do with Berg. The question was directed at you. You avoided the question. Why is it that Obama has not shown his birth certificate to a court of law? Do you know why? Do you have an opinion? I'm sure you do.
So let me clue you in. This comes straight from Berg's amended complaint:
Even if Obama was, in fact, born in Hawaii, he lost his U.S. citizenship when his mother re-married and moved to Indonesia with her Indonesian husband.
Now tell me how Obama showing his birth certificate in a court of law would put an "end to this charade."
Again, the question was put to you why has Obama not showed any court his birth certificate? The charade would end to where Obama was born.
You can't, because your statement is as flat out wrong as it could possibly be.
No it's not. The most obvious reason that Obama will not show his birth certificate is that he was not born in Hawaii. If it's "flat out wrong" remains to be seen.
0bama’s Afterbirth Mopper-uppers! Good one!
I call them Obama’s Afterbirth Mopper Uppers.
Is this correct? This is what the author of the 14th Amendment said:
John Bingham:
"confirms that understanding and the construction the framers used in regards to birthright and jurisdiction while speaking on civil rights of citizens in the House on March 9, 1866:"
find no fault with the introductory clause [S 61 Bill], which is simply declaratory of what is written in the Constitution, that every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen . . ."
Congressman John Bingham v. mlo
Who to believe?
Why would they temp-ban him?? FMN was awful, thread after thread & dozens of spams w/ nonsense—I noticed this guy at least a month ago doing this yet he hung on. A temporary zot of a real screwball, or someone really high. That beats all.
That is not the claim. The claim is that they would remember delievering a black baby from a white mother. In 1961, when such things were much rarer than today, even in Hawaii. Add an exotic name like "Barack Hussein Obama" and ones memory would surely be stimulated by hearing that name again, from a sort of Black guy who is running and/or just been elected President.
You also have to remember that in those days there were more GPs than OB-GYN types delivering babies. His mother would have seen the doctor at least a few times, or at least once, before the birth, and then again after the birth, and that for an OB-GYN. IF a GP, then the doctor likely would have seen the child at least a few times. Stanley Ann would not have gone to some "free clinic" or even the public charity hospital, given her mother's position. ...if they lived in Hawaii for those first few years. The doctor who delivered me, and my 6 year younger brother, also did my pre-college physical and I think my brother's as well (my brother is only 5 years older than BHO). I think that was the last time I saw him. Dr. Place was his name.
