On Wednesday, January 14, 2009, at the invitation of Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, Also Known As Obama (hereafter known as AKA) and his sidekick, Joseph Biden, paid a visit to the United States Supreme Court, spending the better part of an hour sequestered in secrecy with eight of the nine United States Supreme Court Justices. Justice Alito was not in attendance.
According to an Associated Press release, written by Mark Sherman,
"When employees glimpsed Obama on his way out, a loud cheer went up in a building that exudes decorum."
Can one surmise the Supreme Court ecstatic over the illegitimate ...
The invitation of Chief Justice Roberts, the behind closed door meeting with a man who is the subject of lawsuits coming before the Supreme Court concerning his eligibility to the office of president, was not only inappropriate but leaves questionable the judicial conduct of the justices with whom AKA and Biden met.
Judges are to refrain from appearances of impropriety and partiality; from engaging in activities that compromise the mandate of an independent judiciary. According to the AP piece,
"Eight years ago, President George W. Bush did not visit the court before he took office, but the circumstances were — to put it mildly — unusual.
In December 2000, the court decided the case of Bush v. Gore by a 5-4 vote, ending the legal battle over the contested Florida election and effectively sealing the presidency for Bush."
The circumstances surrounding AKA are just as "unusual", considering the question of eligibility because of his refusal to produce the one document that would prove (or disprove) his eligibility to the office of president — his long form vault copy Hawaii birth certificate — a document that ....

After my review and based on my years of experience, I can state with certainty that the COLB presented on the internet by the various groups, which include the “Daily Kos,” the Obama Campaign, “Factcheck.org” and others cannot be relied upon as genuine. (b) Proof of legal residency shall be submitted to the director of health in any manner that the director shall deem appropriate. The director of health may also adopt any rules pursuant to chapter 91 that he or she may deem necessary or proper to prevent fraudulent applications for birth certificates and to require any further information or proof of events necessary for completion of a birth certificate.
(c) The fee for each application for registration shall be established by rule adopted pursuant to chapter 91. [L 1982, c 182, §1]

You are making some incorrect assumptions. When someone makes a claim about Hawaiian law they should cite it. That way others know exactly what they are talking about. Also so that other readers, like you, will know what basis the claim has. Without proof none of these claims should be believed.
As for not wanting the vault copy to come out, I've got no problem with it coming out. I'd love for someone to get their hands on it. I'm just pointing out that it is not required, and that there is no reasonable doubt that if it does it will do anything but confirm what we already know.
The seal is impressions in the paper. It is harder to see in the scan. But it is there if you know where to look. I can see it. Polarik acknowledges that it is there.

Having the original record on file, which was confirmed after the officials saw the internet document, is confirmation of birth in Hawaii. That one of the officials explicitly said so is gravy.
Either that or you believe the officials are in on it. But when you start accusing officials of lying and documents of forgery you are removing any foundation for knowing anything. Then you restrict yourself to weak stories that anyone can make up. It'll be JFK conspiracies all over again.

That there is a "birther mythology" is a fact. The term "birther" is not an ad hominem. As for the "anyone born outside Hawaii", I'm repeating a birther claim. Take it up with them.

This law provides a method through which parents might apply for a birth certificate for their child born elsewhere. Having a birth certificate is pretty much a requirement in this era and if you were out of the country when your child was born you might need recourse to method like ths. But it isn't carte blanche. They won't hand them out to just anyone.

There are rules. And it doesn't say the certificate will *lie* about anything, like where the child is born. In fact it shows a concern for fraud.

But even more importantly for us, do you know when this law was passed? Was it the law in 1961?
That bit at the bottom that looks like "[L 1982, c 182, §1]"? That means it was passed in 1982. Twenty one years after Obama was born.

Mlo, you might want to take a reading comprehension course so you would be able to understand the difference between a claim and a supposition. There is one claim in Danae's remarks and that is that you can have a birth certified in Hawaii without being born there. It is done all the time, and in fact Bozo's sister has a certification of live birth from Hawaii but was born in Indonesia. This is known.
The rest of Danae's comment was supposition and no claims were made so no proof required.
Just keep sending cases up to SCOTUS with AMERICAN citizens in the military who are risking their lives to defend the Constitution. Let SCOTUS tell them they have NO standing.
Send em up once a week. Once the members of the military find out, and they will, they will know they are being PLAYED and conned.
The public has zero faith in the financial system due to corruption with much of that coming from Congress - mandates to lend to people who cannot repay etc etc.
If the public and the military have no faith in the Constitution because we are all SERFS with no standing then there is no faith in the system. Thinks then start to fall apart just like the financial system.
Barrack “no white male construction workers” Obama has stirred upa hornet’s nest. Some judge is going to get tired of telling members of the military that they have NO standing or the military is going to get sick of being told they are SERFS.
