SCOTUS message to the American people

On Wednesday, January 14, 2009, at the invitation of Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, Also Known As Obama (hereafter known as AKA) and his sidekick, Joseph Biden, paid a visit to the United States Supreme Court, spending the better part of an hour sequestered in secrecy with eight of the nine United States Supreme Court Justices. Justice Alito was not in attendance.

According to an Associated Press release, written by Mark Sherman,

"When employees glimpsed Obama on his way out, a loud cheer went up in a building that exudes decorum."

Can one surmise the Supreme Court ecstatic over the illegitimate ...

The invitation of Chief Justice Roberts, the behind closed door meeting with a man who is the subject of lawsuits coming before the Supreme Court concerning his eligibility to the office of president, was not only inappropriate but leaves questionable the judicial conduct of the justices with whom AKA and Biden met.

Judges are to refrain from appearances of impropriety and partiality; from engaging in activities that compromise the mandate of an independent judiciary. According to the AP piece,

"Eight years ago, President George W. Bush did not visit the court before he took office, but the circumstances were — to put it mildly — unusual.

In December 2000, the court decided the case of Bush v. Gore by a 5-4 vote, ending the legal battle over the contested Florida election and effectively sealing the presidency for Bush."

The circumstances surrounding AKA are just as "unusual", considering the question of eligibility because of his refusal to produce the one document that would prove (or disprove) his eligibility to the office of president — his long form vault copy Hawaii birth certificate — a document that ....

It is also clear that confirming they have the original record, after having seen the internet copy, and saying "yes" to was he born in Hawaii, is pretty solid confirmation. Had that internet copy contained false information they could have said so. Hawaii does not have just anyone's birth information on file. They have it on file because he was born there.

What is clear is that the author from "The Swamp" played word games to obfuscate, which misleads the reader that I pointed out in my above post.

It's a pretty established fact that Hawaii issued COLB's to foreign born babies before 1972. And I'm not going to give you a link, you can find it yourself.

As far as why those who remain naysayers on these threads, there are a few reasons...and they are all and/but/or type reasons.

First - there is the "We are a respectable group and do not want to agree with anything that Rush and Hannity will not speak of.

Second - We were beaten up by the Clintoons back in the 90's...we already know there is nothing you can do to stop this kind of Democratic behavior, so we should stop fighting now and look towards 2012 when Sarah will run.

It's very close to certainty that Obama's supporting documents for his Hawaiian birth certificate will show that he was born overseas. And the very reason he will not show any court that COLB he displayed to the world that says fraudulently he was born in Hawaii.

But it's a scan of only one side, and the seal was there, just hard to see.

Funny that the seal is easily visibile on other Certifications, also scanned on one side, as well as at least one Certificate, also scanned on one side only.

Also no matter what you say, I certainly can't see any evidence of the seal in the original "factcheck" supposedly scanned image. I'll bet others can't either

Certainly nothing shows up where the "seal" impression appears in the "photographs" produced well after people noted the lack of a seal. That would be above the word "this" in "INVALIDATE THIS CERTIFICATE" and to the right of "FATHER'S NAME" and "FATHER'S RACE". It should be just above the "reversed" "bleed through" date stamp, indicating when the COLB was produced.

There is also no sign of the fold which by the time photos were taken has "appeared".

If you'll check the "properties" of the images you'll see they come directly from the factcheck site.

You are correct. No one can/could see the original "factcheck" COLB seal with the naked eye. Saying so is being untruthful, but a few claimed that they did.

And BTW, the Obama defenders and others have used the excuse that Obama’s middle name could be “Muhammad,” therefore that’s why he has kept his birth certificate hidden from the public.

But since Obama used his middle name “Hussein” when he swore in as president, you can confidently cross-out that from the excuse list. Not much of any difference between the two names.

Poor, Janice. She, too, was suckered by the forgery. She should have said that it appeared to be a valid Hawaii state birth certificate. It was later demonstrated not to have been.

Does this mean Obama was born in Hawaii?

But that is not what Dr. Fukino said. She was careful not to say that because revealing the presence or lack of information on the birth certificate other than the fact that it is on record would have been a violation of law. Furthermore, the fact that "the Hawai'i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama's original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures" doesn't mean that he was born in Hawaii.

Look at it as a Venn diagram. If the circle of "only people born in Hawaii" contained the circle of those having "original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures"" and Obama had an "original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures" and it wasn't faked, then you could say that it was a logical necessity that Obama was born in Hawaii. However, at the time of his birth, this wasn't the case. The circle of people born in Hawaii and the circle of people born outside Hawaii, though themselves not overlapping, were both overlapped by the circle of those having a "original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures" in Hawaii.

So determining the location of his birth depends on other things than the presence of an "original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures." One of those things is the eyewitness testimony of Obama's grandmother (and half-brother and half-sister) who claimed to have been present at his birth in Kenya (at least until they were made to realize the trouble they were causing and clammed up). Also, should they surface again, his birth records from Kenya would be another. That problem, though, may have been "cleaned up" in the wake of the president elect's Chief of Staff "Dead Fish" Rahm Emanuel's "long-planned" vacation in Kenya around the beginning of January.

The media fallacy is repeated. The vote was 7-2. The vote on remedy was 5-4. And, as they say, you could look it up. But why bother, when the media's purpose is to cook the books?
