On Wednesday, January 14, 2009, at the invitation of Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, Also Known As Obama (hereafter known as AKA) and his sidekick, Joseph Biden, paid a visit to the United States Supreme Court, spending the better part of an hour sequestered in secrecy with eight of the nine United States Supreme Court Justices. Justice Alito was not in attendance.
According to an Associated Press release, written by Mark Sherman,
"When employees glimpsed Obama on his way out, a loud cheer went up in a building that exudes decorum."
Can one surmise the Supreme Court ecstatic over the illegitimate ...
The invitation of Chief Justice Roberts, the behind closed door meeting with a man who is the subject of lawsuits coming before the Supreme Court concerning his eligibility to the office of president, was not only inappropriate but leaves questionable the judicial conduct of the justices with whom AKA and Biden met.
Judges are to refrain from appearances of impropriety and partiality; from engaging in activities that compromise the mandate of an independent judiciary. According to the AP piece,
"Eight years ago, President George W. Bush did not visit the court before he took office, but the circumstances were — to put it mildly — unusual.
In December 2000, the court decided the case of Bush v. Gore by a 5-4 vote, ending the legal battle over the contested Florida election and effectively sealing the presidency for Bush."
The circumstances surrounding AKA are just as "unusual", considering the question of eligibility because of his refusal to produce the one document that would prove (or disprove) his eligibility to the office of president — his long form vault copy Hawaii birth certificate — a document that ....

I can not argue your point, mostly because I think that is what has happened. We have a class of people who live OFF the Government, and that includes MOST of the government.

Up to the inauguration and for the few days past it now there is obvious evidence that the Big Government desires of a Democratic society are being sought. Dare we lay down and wait a few years? I think, I feel, I know we should not. Do everything we can to save the Republic or watch it go quickly in to the night, as the Roman Republic did....which is what our founding fathers based our country on...the wonders of a civilization run under laws, but by the people....not by totalitarian government rule.

But it's a scan of only one side, and the seal was there, just hard to see.
Realizing it's only an image on the internet, what she said is true. You can't validate an image. But that's not the end of the story.
To verify we did indeed have the correct document, we contacted the Hawaii Department of Health, which maintains such records."It's a valid Hawaii state birth certificate," spokesman Janice Okubo said June 13, 2008, after we e-mailed her our copy.

And on the 28 or 29th of June Okubo realized that she could be wrong admitted to the St. Petersburg (Florida) Times in an article:
"I don't know that it's possible for us to even say beyond a doubt what the image on the site represents."

I remember debunking this back in November. "Yes" to what?
Two quotes that are separated.
"That's what Dr. Fukino is saying."
"Saying" about what? That the sky is green and the grass is blue?
If the Chicago Times had anything worth saying about Obama's origin, they would not have put it in their blog section - "The Swamp"

I didn't "pull" anything. I properly quoted what was written.
It is quite clear what they "yes" is to.
It is also clear that confirming they have the original record, after having seen the internet copy, and saying "yes" to was he born in Hawaii, is pretty solid confirmation. Had that internet copy contained false information they could have said so. Hawaii does not have just anyone's birth information on file. They have it on file because he was born there.
Assertions that he could have a birth certificate there without being born there are false.
