Last night Ed Hale presented the (heretofore, unseen) divorce decree on Plains Radio between Obama's mother and Obama Sr ( her FIRST marriage).
The key bonus in this was the revelation of the specific version of her name in the decree, Stanley Ann D. Obama.
Using this precise name variation ( the abbreviated, initial "D" --instead of 'Dunham', was the cipher that broke open the search), they are claiming to have now located a POE (Port of Entry ) document that Obama's mother provided when she returned to the US with her son--soon after Obama's birth, (allegedly in Kenya).
The POE allegedly includes Obama's birth information/certificate ( British Kenya) as required for entry. Stay tuned for events...see other comments below. -------------------------------------------------- DesertVet Newbie

No secret I've been highly skeptical on this whole ordeal. I'm now beginning to think this could very well lead the way to the smoking gun. Until this document she has only been known as "Dunham", no where in public records has Obama's Mothers name read as it does on this divorce decree. I believe the "D" being abreviated has allowed them to locate her records. This has led them to a "port of entry" birth certificate for Barack Obama. She submitted this POE certificate when she came back to the US, and the fact that there is a POE Certificate...proves that he was indeed born out of the country.
This would mean that Obama has never been through Immigration & Naturalization Services in his life, he became a citizen of Indonesia, and never applied for a U.S. passport. If this is the case, then he's not even a citizen, let alone a natural born citizen.
I'm not 100% certain on my assertion of above take on this document issue, but I think it is HIGHLY plausible. I'm still not ready to dance in the streets by any means yet (Yeah, I'm a tough sell). But I am quite intriguied at the moment. Couldn't say that earlier today.
I decided to just ignore those who should really go to threads where the constitutional issue is NOT being discussed.
They offer nothing to the discussion but just interupt those who are discussing the issue and looking for answers and the truth.

If you want a summary of the information revealed in the Ed Hale radio show last night, do a search for user BuckeyeTexan and you’ll see all of the comments for a thread with the name Ed Hale in it. I posted relevant information from the radio show “live” on that thread.
That being said, Ed Hale said they did find a Kenyan BC that was registered at a port of entry in the U.S. that was dated four days after Obama’s DOB. He said that the port of entry was not in Hawaii. He said that they would use a P.I. and/or file a FOIA request to obtain a copy of the BC. Upon obtaining a copy of the BC, he expects that they’ll have to file suit to stop Obama from being inaugurated. He’s calling on Leo Donofrio to help him do that.
That’s all we know thus far.

The family travelled to OK, TX, CA and back to KS before they arrived in Seattle in 1955. While in CA Stanley took classes at UC while Madelyn audited courses. Of course, Stanley’s schooling was paid courtesy of the GI Bill. This link to an article tells of some of their travels.

This should come as no surprise but “The Chicago Tribune” is as well! The original owner, Colonel McCormick, must surely be spinning in his grave! Other articles which were discovered and had links posted at FR have also been removed but if this was found in time replacements were obtained and posted elsewhere on FR.

There were very few blacks at UH Manoa in 1961, and what few there were were overwhelmingly American. One of them was a housemate of mine, and I can tell you, he was very short of African American friends. As for Africans, i can’t say for sure, but I never met any others. There weren’t any with the high profile of Obama, that’s for sure. I’d say that the Frank Davis quote is a safe bet to have been in reference to Obama. If it wasn’t I’d be at a total loss to offer up an alternative explanation.
That is something totally different than this bill. Obama refuses to show anything that anyone can prove without a doubt to be genuine. Nice bluff however. This bill will stop Obama from his second term and I hope it goes through quickly.
However, we do know that Obama carries a U.S. Passport.

However, you must remember that Oklahoma has a Democratic governor.
Why is that? Democrats refuse any bill that makes them tell the truth? Or you are saying the governor will block it for Obama? I could care less what party the governor is.
Thank-you, that is what I had assumed when I found the quote but I wanted some type of “verification” if you will! Frank Davis Marshall actually wrote that “the Kenyan split leaving behind TWO pregnant blondes”! That might be one reason why Ann was back in WA and stayed there!
Thank you for the NYT articles. Once I get in I doubt I will feel it is believable coming from the NYT's. They sold their souls to the devil to get Obama elected. Now they are waiting for the bailout from Obama as payback as they are going broke.

Actually yes. Looks like the person who snooped into Obama’s U.S. Passport file is going to do 12 months probation. My guess is that it would be had to prosecute a person for snooping into a passport file that did not in fact exist.

Madelyn's father's name was Rolla (Rolland? 2 L's maybe? ) Charles Payne. SSI was issued in Oklahoma.

Oh yeah, that's evidence. I didn't see anywhere that he had a verifiable US passport in this article. In fact it could be his Indonesian passport he used when he went traveling to a country he was not allowed to enter.
It's like Hawaii saying he has a BC on file but they don't tell you whether he is a naturalized citizen or foreign born.
Besides the passport information these people looked at gives no information of where Obama traveled or where his previous passports were from.
When you say you have proof you don't show much of anything but you sure ask a lot.
