Actually yes. Looks like the person who snooped into Obama’s U.S. Passport file is going to do 12 months probation. My guess is that it would be had to prosecute a person for snooping into a passport file that did not in fact exist.

Oh yeah, that's evidence. I didn't see anywhere that he had a verifiable US passport in this article. In fact it could be his Indonesian passport he used when he went traveling to a country he was not allowed to enter.
It's like Hawaii saying he has a BC on file but they don't tell you whether he is a naturalized citizen or foreign born.
Besides the passport information these people looked at gives no information of where Obama traveled or where his previous passports were from.
When you say you have proof you don't show much of anything but you sure ask a lot.
