They tell us that they did not vote for Obama BUT:
1. They want him to succeed.
2. He seems to be a Centrist.
3. We should not treat him like the Left has treated President Bush
Do we want him to succeed in implementing a socialist agenda and wealth redistribution? NO
Do we want him to succeed in giving the abortionists more power than they ever had? NO
Do we want him to succeed in implementing an appeasement and surrender foreign policy? NO
Do we want him to succeed in appointing the most left wing Supreme Court and federal judges? NO
Is he a Centrist? Only fools believe so. The man is the most left wing person to be elected President. His left wing principles are so deeply rooted in his character that it is an impossibility he is going to change. All his life from childhood till this very moment he has been exposed and has only believed and practiced left wing ideology. Only a fool believes that a 47 years old man who has lived all his life as a left wing liberal is going to suddenly change and becomes a Centrist. Only a fool will fall for some of Obama cabinet picks who do not appear to be left wing lunatics and conclude that Obama is a centrist because of that. Only a fool believes that the left wing socialist limousine liberals who put Obama in power are going to tolerate centrism in the government. They do not have to worry about this issue because Obama will never disappoint them.
We are not going to treat Obama the way the left wing liberals have treated President Bush. We are not going to hate him as a person and we are not going to wish him any personal ill as liberals have done to President Bush since 2000 and will continue to do so even after President Bush has left office. However we are going to work very hard to defeat Obama socialist domestic agenda and his defeatist foreign policy.
Therefore and based on the above, we should start the fight against Obama agenda right here on Free Republic and purge the carefully disguised Obama’s trolls. We already have a 24/7 utterly disgusting Obama propaganda by the liberal media and we do not need more of it on Free Republic. We are a conservative forum and for now at least we still have the freedom to ban people who want to spread Obama propaganda. This will be best and it will help us focus more on our message. I hope that the owner of Free Republic and the admin moderators agree and help us achieve this mission.

No! Just the opposite! We want Odumbo to fail because if he succeeds (i.e., he gets his agenda and plans for us enacted and enforced) America is toast. I want Odumbo to fail miserably. I mean, if you were a German in 1933 and you knew who Hitler was and what he represented and still you wanted him to succeed then you would be just as complict as he in what eventually transpired.
BDS involves not seeing Bush as he really is.
Bush is in fact a socialist, left of center. And at some point when those here who suffer from BDS, like you, and understand the damage he has done to our country in tje lasr 60 days. You will cry a river of tears.

It's not hard to love Obama and pray for him. I want everything good for him in his life ... plenty of quality time with his children, far more than he would find in the White House ... enthusiastic guidance from those of us who are pro-freedom regarding the path he should follow while governing if he does manage to stay in office. I don't hate Obama. I despise his policies and would rather see us enter a 4 year depreession (8 years if necessary) than prosperous enough that Obama can accomplish anything on his socialist agenda, whether he turns out to be a national socialist or a soviet socialist.

The evil that is socialism is deeply rooted within our country. The sickness that is socialism needs at this point to run it’s course.
Yes, that means there are consequences for our behaviour. And just like your teenage son who skips school for two weeks and gets grounded and has to SUFFER those consequences for their behaviour.
So, socialism has it’s consequences which are never good. So the fever needs to run it’s course. And yes the people who put him in office needs to suffer the consequences for what evil they have brought upon our nation.
And those that opposed him will also suffer too. I am one of those.
So yes, I hope he puts the coal miners out of worked. And they feel the pain of making the wrong selection.

I would say that — yes, indeed, the fact that a large majority of the voting public in America voted in larger numbers for Obama than did with Clinton or Bush (in either of their elections) — does show that they have abandoned God as their guiding light and protector of our country — and God has given them exactly the kind of judgement that this nation deserves — in the form of Obama.
This is a corporate judgement of the nation, which God does, regardless of the fact that there are still those who do trust in God and have faith in Jesus Christ.
There’s a White House correspondent who has put out a book documenting how God’s judgement has come down on this nation in many instances for going against what God says.

They say things like, “Let’s hope he succeeds so that the U.S. doesn’t undergo hard times.” But his ideas of success are what have already led to the present difficulties and will only exacerbate them. We can only hope for utter and abject failure.
Just days before the possibility that Judge Roberts will refuse to administer Obammy's oath of office and force him to close down his phony president-elect office for not being qualified to hold the office of President of the United States?
I think you're willingness to give him a pass on that is suspect, friend. Let's wait and make sure we are getting a president that has the 'Right Stuff' with the right credentials.

The success of this nation depends not on warming ourselves in BO’s glow, but in stopping him in his tracks. The Republicans must win the House of Representatives in 2010 and statistically it can be done.
