I need to purchase handguns for my family. I prefer private sales. I need a plinger like a 22 and something that is protection. The protection would come in two sizes, one that a full grown adult could use, and one that I could use. I have problems with my hands and need something that won't kick so I dont drop the gun. Something that will fit in the Cabelas purse holster. Are ther also between seat car holsters?
Bears repeating in case the poster missed it:
Go to nrahq.org and look for a local Women on Target or Refuse to be a Victim representative. They can help you find the right gun and help you learn how to use it.

Uh, duh. The original poster already discussed it... thing is, she’s already on record.
So am I, unfortunately - from when I was a lot younger and more naive about government.
a buck a shot? no thanks.
Thats fine for defensive use but not for practice
Thank you very much. You are right, I am not limited. Someone posted a link to a disability site. I bet they would love a link to your videos here. You are very kind.
XD9mm checking in here
The handwriting is on the wall, all these recorded gun purchases will be tracked down, and the guns destroyed.
I used to run anonymously but I dont think I do now that I have changed computers.
What city and state are you in? There might be a Freeper who can help.
Do you or anyone know the good websites where one can download software that makes on anonymous when surfing?
From what you and others are writing, I think the Glock 30 could be a keeper but I’ll need to work on that. However, I think should pick up a 32 ACP that I would immediately be comfortable with. That would give me two guns in the house ... plus my compound bow!
You have to go through a proxy server to be anonymous now, and even then....
Thanks! My husband found some Rosewood grips that he wants to put on my gun but I think one reason this gun is easy to shoot is because of the rubberized type grips. I worry that the wood grips might be slippery and make it more difficult to hold. He bought some for his .357 but hasn’t tried shooting it with them yet. The wood grips look good but I’m not sure I want them on this gun.
I’ll look into that, see if they want them.
Hope these help - just remember that not all the different models and makes of gun will work this way, but there *are* many out there that will work like this. It may take a little practice to learn to do this, but you can do it. :D
I do recommend the Springfield XD series, though. :D
here’s some advice. Ignore everything you’ve read here now, because you will anyway, and buy the gun you want.
course I ALWAYS recommend a snub .357 and load +P 110-115 grain .38 hollow points as a first gun.
Thanks
I know I just looked at the anonymizer site, or at least tried to, my trendmicro wontl let me in. I did add it to my safe sites list. I think I have to reboot. I will do it tomorrow. Meantime it is almost bedtime for me.
G’night and thanks.
