The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others.
The legal action today is just the latest is a series of challenges, some of which have gone as high as the U.S. Supreme Court, over the issue of Obama's status as a "natural-born citizen," a requirement set by the U.S. Constitution.
WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi even traveled to Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.
The biggest question is why Obama, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists, simply hasn't ordered it made available to settle the rumors.

One thing Keyes probably nows deep down is how much was overlooked in just this area of “past history”.
I pointed out awhile ago, that any and everything in the
way of proof of who he is and where he was from and what he wrote in his numerous academic forays, what his medical history was, should have been a big subject back then when he ran for Senator in Illinois. Keyes was brought in to run against him after the Obama campaign has effectively nullified Ryan by demanding RYan’s divorce records revealed, and publicizing the results. Ironically, Obama advances through the thuggish and sleazy use of someone else’s legal records. Well, not so ironically.
Correction. He has posted a certificate of live birth. It has not been authenticated and does not even pass the most cursory examination and I am not a COBL truther - just an observer. No government agency would accept what was posted as fact.

I read a post somewhere over the last couple of days (apologies, I don’t recall whose) that was spot-on:
The good news is, McCain lost.
The bad news (the VERY bad news) is, obama won.
That was exactly my prediction many weeks ago, the
fomenting of an atmosphere of “something very important
missing”, that exists and continues to exist, and not just
on the level of the BC. Public questioning should be encouraged, but in the age of Obama they have no choice but
to spin public questioning as treachery.
There’s a method in their madness.
As things continue getting tenser and more unpredictable
with the market, this issue of his eligibility is likely to be pushed harder. The threat of him NOT being able to
invade the White House is likely to cause widespread rioting, and generalized thuggery all over the place.
The only way it’s NOT is if we play good cop/bad cop with the issue and let the ones pushing it take the fall, or blame if it’s revealed one way or another. But I wouldn’t expect those of us who are behind it will get any credit if Obama turns out to be illegal.
Before the Electors cast their ballots on Dec 12th....
The only legal enforcement that I can think of is the US Marshals Service. The fall under the Justice Dept. and not the Executive branch.

Hawwii dept health officials have never, at any time, made a statement to the effect that they have verified Obama’s actual place of birth, citizenship history/status, or other ammendments that have occurred to the document. They have only stated that whatever he has filed with the state of Hawawii is authentic, and, that by law, they are not allowed to comment on any personal data that is included in his long form birth certificate.
The state of Hawaii dept of health comments have only raised more questions about what Obama is possibly trying to conceal.
And as curious Sheep watch this news on the plasma screen in their local neighborhood sports bar & grille, they turn to each other and ask:
“So, who do you think is the hottest chick on American Idol?”

If we look at all the facts about this it's obvious something is there to be discovered. Either it's embarrassing, or he's not qualified to be made president.
And some of the people involved know what is there, like Keyes I think because of the timing of his actions. If that's true he wouldn't be doing this for something merely embarrassing.
I think there's a real chance Obama can have the Presidency, that he was given by the media, taken away. I know disappointing SCOTUS decisions occur, but I don't buy into the resignation that they won't do their job because it's too important. Riots or no riots.

At the very least those of us who would like to see this should be trying to talk up the idea in everyone's mind. Stop a second and imagine it. To find, even after a year and especially after longer, that everything signed by the President of the United States was invalid. All those wonderful socialist bills the dems got passed, all treaties, executive orders.
It's certainly worth the trouble of making someone produce a simple document that is just sitting there waiting to be observed.
The Electors can only vote among the ‘Eligible’ candidates. IF Obama becomes ineligible, McCain or abstain are their two choices for President.
Abstaining by Democrats leaves McCain short of 270 votes needed to win, so then the House votes on the President. I would think either course would produce McCain as President.
But the Electors would probably want to avoid the burden of deciding; passing the buck to Congress for more apparent legitimacy for the process.
The VP slot is already won by Biden, so I think he stays.
I don’t believe that the House could vote for a candidate that was not on the Presidential election ballot; thus leaving Hillary on the outside.
If Hillary was selected anyway, then a Supreme Court lawsuit (by McCain) would probably approve or overule the decision of the Congress. However if McCain IS selected Hillary would probably sue for the Supremes to rule also.
These are my predictions! LOL.

Hate to bust your attempt to bust my bubble but you are wrong. The party doesn't pick the VP, the candidate picks their running mate, it has always been the way since they started combining the VP and Presidential ticket. You going to tell me that someone is going to let a bunch of yahoos pick their VP for them? BS. McCain picked Palin, Bozo picked Biden.

There can always be more questions but that doesn’t mean that there will be any more answers.
Will it have to be resolved by Jan. 20th or by the data that the electoral college meets? I would think the latter, although if the Kenyan is found out after that he still couldn’t take the oath of office.
This may go to the Supreme Court, and a 5-4 decision there against Obama would spark, maybe literally, a low-grade civil war.
His true birth location is still a mystery (as well as the identity of his true biological father), but their fraudulent actions are a done deal.
What they did is no different than if someone copied a $1 bill on a color copier and tried to pass it off as the real thing, or pasted their photo over someone else's drivers license and used it, or even if someone held up a bank with a toy gun.
