The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others.
The legal action today is just the latest is a series of challenges, some of which have gone as high as the U.S. Supreme Court, over the issue of Obama's status as a "natural-born citizen," a requirement set by the U.S. Constitution.
WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi even traveled to Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.
The biggest question is why Obama, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists, simply hasn't ordered it made available to settle the rumors.

Technically the Democrat party picked both of them. You are just plain wrong. Biden is still eligible, as far as we know, for the office of President. The Electors can and will probably vote for him for VP, although they could vote for him for President, and some other Constitutionally eligible person for VP.
But McCain might very well end up as President, if the rules were strictly followed and Obma was not found ineligible until after the electors vote.
I used to work for a company that did background checks. Obama wouldn’t pass our highest level check because of his associations.
I thought it goes to the House and Senate at this point, with the House choosing the Pres and the Senate the VP. In which case, we could have a Biden or Hillary Presidency and a Palin or Biden Vice Presidency.
I think similar things were said about Bill Clinton.
Close, it was 5 years residence after age 14, not age 16. But Stanley Ann was barely 18 when The One was born, and so could not have met the criteria.
For people born 20+ years later, the requirement is now 2 years after age 14, and 5 total instead of the previous requirement of 10 years total residency by the US Citizen parent.

*THAT* is a true statement. If they *do* try to jerk SCOTUS around then all bets are off, and SCOTUS likely would demand to see his birth certificate.
My point was that the December 1st demand wasn't to see the birth certificate, but to respond to the motion. Those were two separate issues, and still are, at this time. Whether the become co-joined, or not, largely depends on Obama's legal team...

If Obama was intentionally withholding that information he is guilty of fraud. He is NOT immune to constitutional law just because hes half black and the sheeple think he is beyond reproach.

One of the rulings in 2000 was 7-2. The Court will not be able to pass eventually but Congress is on the hook if it accepts him without verifying his qualifications.

I still have the manual from the company and was going through it a few months ago and talked to my former boss who is a democrat by the way who said he doesn’t think obama would pass it.
It was a good job. Only reason I left was they moved to Iowa.
Did you read David’s comment earlier today; he said he could challenge the issue in court, but he would need about fifteen million dollars to cover all expenses?
