The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others.
The legal action today is just the latest is a series of challenges, some of which have gone as high as the U.S. Supreme Court, over the issue of Obama's status as a "natural-born citizen," a requirement set by the U.S. Constitution.
WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi even traveled to Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.
The biggest question is why Obama, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists, simply hasn't ordered it made available to settle the rumors.

Just thinking out loud.
Objections can be to the casting of votes for an ineligible candidate. There is nothing new added to my understanding by your post though posting actual quotes from the Constitution is always goods.
Earlier someone referred to the election of 1876 wherein decisions had to be made regarding which electoral votes were to be counted. Thus, the comment that there are no provisions to objecting to a candidate is beside the point and I had never intended to imply that it would be the candidate per se under discussion rather than the votes.

Like the HI birth certificate...I believe items that have been subpoenaed to be used in court are "pull from public domain/ and or the record to keep them in "safe keeping: no tampering etc.
He is full of crap about McCain being ineligible. He meets the definition of Natural born as per the legal definitions of natural born. Congress has the authority to define precisely what that means and who is included.

Not if he believes someone born to military parents in the Canal Zone is not a natural born citizen. That claim is either made by one who is clueless, doesn’t understand the law or is working for Obama to muddy the waters.
This sounds like a scheme to make Obama look no worse than McCain.

2-The story of the initial meeting of Jr and Frank Marshall Davis and
3-The story of Ann’s last days

Just wow....our constitution nows boil down to a ‘lowly clerk’..unelected...unknown...and biased by his/her personal ‘feelings’....instead of the LAW!
This is what disturbs many of us the most. That is, that this stuff was set into our constitution..yet no-one is ‘charged’ with securing that our constitution is followed in any way in regards to POTUS!
We now have a clerk at the Supreme Court ruling our country...lol. That’s rich.

The constitution clearly does not state that. IF this is the quality of his legal argumentation his case is DOA and will only harm us.

The Democrat party chose Biden. Obama’s role has no bearing in Biden’s eligibility. Since there is no “no idiots” clause Joe is qualified.
