Constitutional crisis looming over Obama's birth location

The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others.

The legal action today is just the latest is a series of challenges, some of which have gone as high as the U.S. Supreme Court, over the issue of Obama's status as a "natural-born citizen," a requirement set by the U.S. Constitution.

WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi even traveled to Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.

The biggest question is why Obama, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists, simply hasn't ordered it made available to settle the rumors.

Absolutely no one who is going to assume the Presidency of the United States, and who has associated with the absolute DIRTBAGS of the TREASONOUS CROWD throughout his life (it would appear), who carries a Muslim middle name (considering the fanatic Muslims we fight in this world), should ever withhold his certificate of birth (when and where-the so called vault copy).

Leo has the strongest case. People need to write respectful letters to the Justices because Leo’s is getting jerked around by the SCOTUS clerks. The addresses, names of Jtsices docket number are on Leo’s web site.

Where is Savage, Rush, Levin, Hannity et al.? Levin, Ingraham and Coulter were govt attorneys but not a peep out of them.

I just find it hard to believe that Justice Thomas, Justice Alito, and Chief Justice Roberts would spit on our US Constitution and say, “Let’s give Marxism a try!”

They have a tough job ahead of them. Since Obama's past is shrouded in mystery, it would be a vitally important service to this country if the justices can clear away the secrecy of his originations. He's very disrespectful of our constitutional system even though it allowed him to go so far. His friends deride it also. As guardians of our system of government, I hope with all the hope I have in me that they will force Obama to abide by the Constitution.

nation as being one based on laws ..
and is describing how and why the
framers wrote the “natural born”
citizenship clauses.

I know it doesn’t sound “fair” .. as
we have come to use that word, but
as he describes it: it is constitutional.

He was born in Panama .. tho, I thought
an American base was always considered
American territory. Didn’t know BHO and
McCain recently engineered that.

In so many words, he says our constitution
is being disassembled .. piece by piece,
and our country is slowly going the way
of Europe.

My thoughts also. Why they are silent about this is beyond me. I would think they would at least come out and say they have unanswered questions too, or say they don’t think there is any problem with the BC issue. At least something!
