5K in 70 days. There is no reason for the market to do anything but decline. I am going to get called all kinds of crazy for this, but I think we could see 1990 Dow levels again.

Actually it’s only been a matter of days where the stock market has dropped precipitously, immediately after the election of Obama. The investor class, wanting hard data on taxes and other economic matters don’t like Obama’s double talk. He’s probably one of the best in the world at it, literally.

I don’t care about why it happened, I am just glad the stock market made some gain today. The short selling of the last two days was giving me an ulcer.

You can almost see millions of investors who still believe , looking at all these stocks at almost half price and just about to make a gutsy move and then the President or President to be starts talking . The investor then says , I think I better have a drink first .

He was asked if he had consulted past presidents regarding advice. He replied he had with those who were living and then quipped he was not going to contact Nancy Reagan to conduct a seance.

It started to go up when it was announced he was meeting with his “economic cabinet”, but we’re talking 70 points. After the rock drop over the last two days, I thought he would get the point and say something substantive.
He’s a dope and doesn’t know what he is doing, but we knew that.

Heard it on Hannity’s show. Sean reacted somewhat disturbed and said he wondered if he would apologize.

He said he would review the admins current policies. That was read as "well, I might bail out of the bailout, depending. You can't count on anything, you see". Really helpful, that.
