Obama Refuses to Answer Birth Certificate Lawsuit

A Pennsylvania lawsuit alleging that Barack Obama is not a “natural-born citizen” of the United States took an unusual twist this week, after a federally mandated deadline requiring Obama’s lawyers to produce a “vault” copy of his birth certificate expired with no response from Obama or his lawyers.

The lawsuit, filed by former Pennsylvania Deputy Attorney General Philip J. Berg — a self-avowed supporter of Hillary Clinton — alleges that Barack Obama was born in Kenya and is thus “ineligible” to run for president of the United States. It demands that Obama’s lawyers produce a copy of his original birth certificate to prove that he is a natural-born U.S. citizen.

Berg's suit and allegations have set off a wave of Internet buzz and rumors, though Obama could easily have put the matter to rest by providing the federal court with the basic documentation proving he is eligible to take the oath of a president. But Obama has apparently decided to deny the court and the public that documentation.

The Constitution provides that any U.S. citizen is eligible to become president if the person is 35 years of age or older and is a natural-born citizen; that is, born in the territorial United States.

ONE judge agreed. He still has multiple suits to face that he could make vanish in 15 minutes, if he only told the truth and sent a judge a real genuine pristine copy of his BC.

As it turned out, it vanished without Obama having to produce anything. And all these cases could also be ruled on in a matter of minutes if the plaintiffs could only produce some evidence backing their claim that Obama is not a natural born U.S. citizen. As plaintiff the burden of proof lies with them.

Interestingly, all these state lawsuits would be dropped if Mr. Obama would simply provide the requested documents supporting his claim of being born in Hawaii.

Hawaii will definately do a change of parent on the BC, I found a court case on the Hawaii gov website with such a change.

But they won’t change a foreign place of birth to Hawaii.

Yep. The rule adopted in 1981 says that the adoptive parents are listed as the birth parents, doesn't explicitly say that the place of birth is the real location, or only as accurate as the genetics, and there is no indication that

is retroactive to adoptions decades earlier, indeed it isn't clear that Hawaii even knows which 1960's vintage records reflect true or fictional places of birth or parentage, without going to the original vault copies, rather than the "official" working records.

One thing i’m not clear on, if Obama had to get a current copy of his birth certificate today, and he really was born abroad, would he be forced to apply for one for foreign born adopted in Hawaii?

Neither. Obama has no birth record in Hawaii or any other place in the US.

"AFRICAN" is definitely NOT what the Census bureau uses.

It's his MO. He is a control freak and has been doing a damned good job at it. He refuses to address anything. Any honest questions are attacks.

If he had the documentation that proved he was 100% a natural citizen of the United States, he would not produce it. He would see it as a sign of weakness.

This is the man who speaks of change. He talks about fighting for ‘us’. The truth is that he loathes ‘us.’ We are the means to an end. Nothing more.

One thing is for certain...he is will bring much emotional baggage to the WH. We will be the ones to pay for issues he has not resolved.

My question to the court on Berg having "no standing" to file the complaint is this, if an American citizen has no standing to challenge the authenticity of a presidential candidate's citizenship, then who does?
