Obama Refuses to Answer Birth Certificate Lawsuit

A Pennsylvania lawsuit alleging that Barack Obama is not a “natural-born citizen” of the United States took an unusual twist this week, after a federally mandated deadline requiring Obama’s lawyers to produce a “vault” copy of his birth certificate expired with no response from Obama or his lawyers.

The lawsuit, filed by former Pennsylvania Deputy Attorney General Philip J. Berg — a self-avowed supporter of Hillary Clinton — alleges that Barack Obama was born in Kenya and is thus “ineligible” to run for president of the United States. It demands that Obama’s lawyers produce a copy of his original birth certificate to prove that he is a natural-born U.S. citizen.

Berg's suit and allegations have set off a wave of Internet buzz and rumors, though Obama could easily have put the matter to rest by providing the federal court with the basic documentation proving he is eligible to take the oath of a president. But Obama has apparently decided to deny the court and the public that documentation.

The Constitution provides that any U.S. citizen is eligible to become president if the person is 35 years of age or older and is a natural-born citizen; that is, born in the territorial United States.

A federal judge in Philadelphia last night threw out a complaint by a Montgomery County lawyer who claimed that Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama was not qualified to be president and that his name should be removed from the Nov. 4 ballot.

They said that Berg’s claims were “ridiculous” and “patently false,” that Berg had “no standing” to challenge the qualifications of a candidate for president because he had not shown the requisite harm to himself.

Occam’s Razor here - it isn’t true.

Well, holding the handle end of Occam's razor, I see a candidate who has spent tens, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars, and untold amounts of other resources needed for his campaign to avoid spending 15 minutes on line, and coughing up $10 to have a genuine unquestionable copy of his BC mailed to the judge.

There is something to hide that is that important to him!

I did consider it- carefully. I started looking into Obama’s background after he won Iowa. I’ve spent hours researching, cross-checking and digging on this guy.

I kept an open mind - I didn’t personally NEED his birth circumstances to convince me he’s unsuitable- we all know how much is wrong with him without it. There’s a place in between people who believe everything they read on anti-Obama sites, and people who believe nothing under the radar could be true. Find me there.

I don’t agree with your assertion that the reason reasonable people haven’t pursued it is because it’s not ture.

Perhaps the Kenyan BC was a trap BO laid for Hillary and she was never available to get the BC to take him down. Who knows...........

What about the “harm” done to democrap voters who gave money thinking they were supporting a viable candidate? The Hillary supporter that “lost” to Obama, has been harmed! It seems that they certainly have “standing”! Also a “good democrap” is harmed in general by having been sold the idea that “Obama-Con” is a constitutionally viable candidate. Given that, to me Berg has standing. Again, State court would probably be the place to challenge his eligibility to run in their election.

An explanation of the residency requirements in effect in 1961 were posted on LGF; that is if my memory is correct. It confiremd that Ms Dunham met those requirements for 0 to be a citizen.

If Mr 0,s birth was really in Kenya, the suit will take a loooooong time to sort out. A time line of Ms Dunham’s life prior to 0’s birth will have to be confirmed.

If you can copy and paste the pertinent law, it will be cleared up.

Maybe so, but those contactors who browsed Obama’s passport file (multiple times) would have noticed if place of birth was listed as outside the USA.

Now if Obama was using forged docs 25-30 years ago to get his SSN and passport, there would be no Federal administrative record of him being born abroad.

But from accounts of him at that time, he was more interested in smoking weed than long term plans for diabolical evil.

Occam’s razor suggests to me that this story is a dead end.

First place, Berg is doing something and he is Hillary!™'s cat's paw, and loath her or love her, she is someone of consequence, regard, and stature.

Second place, Berg isn't the only one filing suit, there are multiple cases in multiple jurisdictions.

Third place, McCain is arguably in the same boat, as he was not born on US territory. Nuke 0bama, nuke McCain. Except for Hillary!™, her surrogates, and other enemies of this country, no one wants to dump that particular can of worms on the dinner table.
