A Pennsylvania lawsuit alleging that Barack Obama is not a “natural-born citizen” of the United States took an unusual twist this week, after a federally mandated deadline requiring Obama’s lawyers to produce a “vault” copy of his birth certificate expired with no response from Obama or his lawyers.
The lawsuit, filed by former Pennsylvania Deputy Attorney General Philip J. Berg — a self-avowed supporter of Hillary Clinton — alleges that Barack Obama was born in Kenya and is thus “ineligible” to run for president of the United States. It demands that Obama’s lawyers produce a copy of his original birth certificate to prove that he is a natural-born U.S. citizen.
Berg's suit and allegations have set off a wave of Internet buzz and rumors, though Obama could easily have put the matter to rest by providing the federal court with the basic documentation proving he is eligible to take the oath of a president. But Obama has apparently decided to deny the court and the public that documentation.
The Constitution provides that any U.S. citizen is eligible to become president if the person is 35 years of age or older and is a natural-born citizen; that is, born in the territorial United States.

The court ruled. Berg's suit was dismissed. It's back to the drawing board for you.
What about the “harm” done to democrap voters who gave money thinking they were supporting a viable candidate?
The Hillary supporter that “lost” to Obama, has been harmed!
It seems that they certainly have “standing”!
Also a “good democrap” is harmed in general by having been sold the idea that “Obama-Con” is a constitutionally viable candidate. Given that, to me Berg has standing.
I now beleive that his mommy met all the residency requirements for Obama to be a natural born citizen. Mr 0 could have been born on Krypton, but he would still be a citizen.
I believe that the 0 is hiding a secret that will ruin his adult facade. He is either an illigitimate child of an unknown father or his name has been changed, or his birth name is Bily Bob Dunham. It is something that he really, really wants hidden and he is not man enough to face it.

If he used a birth certificate that means it was assessed as genuine by the SSA and Passport Office, and this story is over.
The article does show quite a number of lawsuits picking up steam:

Newsmax didn’t mention that DNC was part of this suit and they had a list of assertions they didn’t respond to either
So it will be interesting to see how this impacts the DNC as a party.

IMHO, anybody that donated money to him or the DNC has a fraud claim if he isn’t a valid, Constitutional candidate.
When did the court rule? Philip Berg just filed a motion for an expedited resolution.
IMO, I think we ALL have a fraud claim. This affected ALL the candidates, not just the DNC’s.
I have a clip of a non DNC primary candidate on a talk show. The pundits wouldn’t speak to him because they said THEY wanted to talk about Obama.

I say all voters. All primary candidates too. The media has been monopolized with Obama.
