I believe this strategy should be immediately implemented that the media wont be able to ignore. A lawsuit should be filed in every state challenging obama’s name on the ballot. The lawsuit should seek specifically that the office of Secretary of State did not properly verify and certify that Mr. Obama is or is not a "natural born" citizen by producing original or certified verifiable official documents. This lawsuit should argue that this certification should take place before the election to preclude a constitutional crisis and likely civil unrest should such certification, after the election, prove that Mr. Obama was not qualified for office. So far two lawsuits are pending in Pennsylvania and Washington.

I agree with you that we need to pressure the RNC to get attorneys in every state to file on behalf of the residents of that state a suit asking for production for the documents verifying Obama’s legal status and citizenship.

Anything other than an electoral victory for the GOP is going to work against us. Your heart is in the right place, but what we need is for McCain/Palin to simply defeat Obama in the voting booth.
Don’t martyr Obama. If McCain were to gain office via an Obama disqualification, it would be forever said that McCain could not have won the election. We can’t have that.
At first, I saw this issue as a distraction. I thought it would lead to us being labeled as cooks and a group of conspiratorial ultra right wing neocon bushbots.
Truth is, is has merit. Strong merit.
I know my State Senator, who is a black dem. He’s not a rabid, hating kind of guy. He’s a conservative dem. I told him he should get behind this cause. I reminded him that we are a very red State and the back lash could sink his hopes for a future in politics. And he has high hopes.
I encouraged him to use his contacts with those in the legal profession and get a surrogate to file, as well. If it turns out to be false, then no harm, no foul. But, if it’s true, and no dems were on the winning side, 0bama will have ruined the efforts and progress that blacks have achieved.
He wasn’t very receptive, nor was he dismissive of the idea, but did say he would discuss it with those he trusted.
I believe you’re right. They’d cry foul that it was a “technicality”, regardless of that fact that it would CONSTITUTIONAL.
Also, I’d be wary that the Obama campaign night actually have a legitimate birth certificate (or at least one that’s close enough ... I wouldn’t be surprised that it turns out that he was born in ... wait for it ... CHICAGO.) and then whip it out at the last minute to make the Republicans look foolish.

Yes....but I’m not a lawyer. If there is a single ruling against Obama in ONE state, it will trigger this issue FINALLY being addressed.
Berg isnt a Republican. He’s a lifelong Democrat furious at his own party and that is why he filed suit.

If this pans out, 0bama will be vilified by blacks and dems alike. It could be the foundation we need upon which we could rebuild our democracy. By extension, this being true would taint everything and everyone 0bama has come in personal contact with.
We could make major gains in Immigration, Security, Energy, and Abortion.
SO when does it come before the court?
Today is the day that Obama has to produce his proof of citizenship in the case Berg vs Obama.

I disagree. By eliminating Hussein from the possibility of constitutionally becoming president he would forever be eliminated. He is youngish to become president and if he lost to Mac now he would be back in 2012 and 2016, etc.
By declaring him as not constitutionally qualified would put a stake thru his heart forever.

While what you say may be true, a more devastating blow would be struck to the Democrats. They would forever be tarred as the party that ran an ineligible candidate for office and failed to vet him. Ditto a large blow to the MSM, everyone except die hard lefties would see that the MSM was totally failing in their duty to the public to question any candidate regardless of party, the MSM as it is known now would forever cease to have any power over elections, in the future(if Bozo was found ineligible)the MSM would be taunted with "Remember Obama" when ever they started their smear tactics against Republicans.
