They are waiting for the judge’s ruling on whether discovery can proceed while the judge is deciding the DNC/Obama motion to dismiss. DNC/Obama dont want any discovery until the motion to dismiss is decided. IOW they are stalling on producing the original birth cert and answering the admissions.
