Quinn & Rose this morning announced that US Attorney Peter Fitzgerald (yes, THAT Peter Fitzgerald) is bringing a RICO case against ACORN. Accusations involve mass voter fraud and allegations brought by the Clinton Campaign against them as well.

... even Senator "Coke-head" Obama will go under the press bus if a federal prosecutor publicly links him to RICO investigation into ACORN.

Not unless he loses the election. Otherwise, another Pass.

“...Hillary seems centrist compared to Obama and company”

There it is, right there. Seems in comparison. Fry pan vs fire.

Hillary is a totalitarian. Hillary is completely devoid of integrity in pursuit of her goals.

There is no win for the US with either of them in office. Giving into the view that one is at least slightly less than the other is comparable to saying that the slower death by hanging is preferable to the quicker death of a firing squad.

Still end up a goner either way.

The seems part for Hillary comes from a shrewder cunning in political opportunism and the ability to distract with little gifts while casing the house for a robbery.

Read an article where Obama/Ayers did not get along with Mayor Daley’s son and had to wonder at the time what was up with that.

This beats anything I have ever witnessed in my life at any level not to mention at the Presidential level. I have been around a ton of Presidential campaigns over the years and have never witnessed what I have seen in this election from the very beginning. I thought I was nuts for awhile but not any more. I think some of the candidates (McCain/Rudy/Thompson) knew how bad Obama was and why Rudy/Thompson got in the race. McCain was the ONLY candidate to be able to take on Obama. You have two prosecutor types in Rudy/Thompson on the side of McCain and are out and about for McCain.

Went to enough Rudy events to always hear how much he admired John McCain and how if he wasn’t running he would be out there supporting him. Think Thompson went to SC and Rudy to Florida during the primary to clear the way for McCain to win. I know that sounds like some conspiracy but I believe it is true. The night of the FL primary I was asked by someone I learned to know well to join McCain’s campaign as a volunteer — they had no money and been there ever since. As time has gone on and hearing the Thompson/Rudy speeches for McCain at the Convention have me convinced that the two of them knew exactly what they were doing and why there was little fire on the campaign trail and at the debates but at the Convention those two hit it way out of the park.

ACORN fraud happened in 2004, happened a lot in 2006, and major player in the 2008 primary of the Dems, and now with the 2008 general election. With Fitzgerald, you will get an honest broker. I cannot wait for the real facts to come out on Libby who brokered the deal for Marc Rich and why Rudy opposed his pardon with Fitzgerald. What was behind that? Have a hunch that a group of people swallowed the Rove koolaid on that one and there was a lot more to the story.

My 2 cents!

I understand — they know how to make a ruckus like you said. The thing is smaller groups are harder to take down, especially if they act alone. Just look at the Weather Underground. I was watching an interview Dohrn gave while they were “in hiding” and she even admitted “We are a very small group - but we don’t feel weak”.

It’s kind of like the rotten apple cliche - one rotten apple will spoil the bushel. I worry about all the small groups that have popped up and been put in place by Obama (not just Barack, Michelle has groups called “public Allies”). These people who are joining these small groups are ALL being trained in Alinsky methods, too. And these are young people - the types that believe “9/11 was an inside job” and “Bush stole the election from Gore” and a variety of other insane propaganda.

I know it sounds a little crazy, but if you go on YouTube you see these “useful idiots” everywhere. Young kids who think they are right, and us “old folks” are the brainwashed idiots. As I said, how far they will go remains to be seen obviously. I just can’t believe how many young people have been thoroughly brainwashed...

AWESOME! These are Barry’s guys.

How come almost nothing has been made of the fact that Barry paid $800,000 to ACORN to register voters for his campaign?

National Guard and such. I can only hope and pray that they are seeing the danger here as well, and that there is some kind of contingency plan in place for dealing with these

Yes, there is. It's probably because of Obomas role in Odingas election. Our military has beefed up it's in country defenses "Just in case of an emergency attack - foreign or domestic." They're scheduled to stay in the U.S. for 12 months.

Yep, I’m in Wisconsin now (moved here in 2005). I lived in Adams County for several years out there, then moved to Denver before the last major Senate election (in 2002), so the last place I was registered in Colorado was in Denver County. I’ll be making that call in a bit! :) Thanks for the suggestion.

If no one here has asserted there will be no election on Nov. 4, please allow me.

No Election = Civil War. I'd go for a boycott, but never a delay. The DATE CERTAIN is as engraved a part of the Constitution as any other word. There is simply no alternative, no exceptions. We have no national election. This is a shared agreement between the states. There is no mechanism for a national vote. We elect Electors.

Once we go down that road, there's no going back. The Constitution of 1787-89 disappears into a puff of smoke.

That could be what is happening as her way to take back over the Dem party setting herself up for a run in 2012. She is clearing a path by taking out Obama and making sure he never runs again in this Country. Who else is there to oppose her. When Bill Clinton takes over at DNC we will know for sure! I never voted for Hillary as part of Operation Chaos as I didn’t think she should get momentum. Anything to give her more power I was against but this data drop has been amazing.

With all this coming out don’t see how Obama can stay in the Senate either.

All I can say on the Dems is pass the popcorn. That fight is going to get very nasty.

Correct. I also believe that she thinks once Obama gets in power, he will be able to maintain control for years to come, even beyond his term(s).

I just remember reading about that a week or two ago - something about a part of the army being authorized to conduct operations within the states... People were wondering what that was about. I think that’s the same thing you’re talking about.

Google Saul Alinski.
The schools are blatant about the use of it to "train" Americas youth to become socialists.
The schools are using the same method on our children as Oboma used with ACORN, and they don't even hide it. That's why the kids are so lost. Academics will come later - after the socialist revolution.

The left has been working on this for at least 40 years! This is what the teachers union has been working on, and why the democrats fight tooth and nail to always send them more money. Reading, writing, science, and math are irrelevant right now. Changing society through the minds of the children is the goal of "Outcome" Based Education (the parents found out what was going on , so the schools changed the name to The Goals 2000 program.)

Maude Hurd, President of ACORN

As a community advocate, Maude began her work in Dorchester, Massachusetts. She now helps plan and conduct campaigns to stop banks from using discriminatory lending practices and redlining low income communities. She negotiates with banks to reinvest in low-income communities and to provide loans to first-time home-buyers.

This left-wing group takes in 40 percent of its revenues from American taxpayers - you and me - and has leveraged nearly four decades of government subsidies to fund affiliates that promote the welfare state and undermine capitalism and self-reliance, some of which have been implicated in perpetuating illegal immigration and encouraging voter fraud. A new whistleblower report from the Consumer Rights League documents how Chicago-based ACORN has commingled public tax dollars with political projects.

******
Sept. 28, ACORN National President Maude Hurd released the following statement after Congressional leaders announced a $700 bailout plan for Wall Street:

“ACORN:Families Left Out of Bailout Plan”

“Members of Congress worked tirelessly over the weekend to rid Wall Street of its toxic assets, which are responsible for the worst financial crisis since the 1930s. Unfortunately, families who fell victim to Wall Street’s toxic lending practices and now risk losing their homes were largely left out. ACORN members are extremely disappointed that the bailout package does little to assist these homeowners, such as providing them relief through the bankruptcy courts. Although weak, there is language in the bailout package authorizing Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson to facilitate more loan modifications. ACORN members plan to hold Secretary Paulson
accountable and ensure he uses this authority to make streamlined loan modifications a priority for struggling American families.”

******

Good Afternoon. My name is Maude Hurd. I’m the National President of the community group ACORN.

Our Governor is proposing to cut aid to cities and counties. That will mean more cuts to health and education.

Let me ask you a question. Which is more important, drug treatment or tax cuts for millionaires?

Which is more important, schools or tax cuts for millionaires?

Which is more important, affordable housing or tax cuts for millionaires?

I’m going to teach you a little chant. Your part goes like this:

George Bush Doesn’t Care!

Unless You Are a Millionaire!

Now, when I say “What about schools?” what do you say?

George Bush Doesn’t Care!

Unless You Are a Millionaire!

What About Social Security?

What About Medicaid?

What About Head Start?

What About Leaving No Child Behind?

That’s right. This president wants to leave no millionaire behind. He just doesn’t seem to get it. And this needs to be said, war or no war.

Bush’s tax cut proposals would be devastating to our schools and most other important public projects. I told you I work as a substance abuse specialist. The President’s behavior reminds me of a substance abuser. His drug is tax cuts for millionaires.

McCain is being blamed for the economy because Republican Bush is in charge. Democrats will be blamed for ACORN, because the democrats are in charge of ACORN.

Interesting, I remember hearing something about Obama and Ayers and Daley too, but didn’t do any research on that.

I was wondering why Thompson and Giuliani and such bowed out, too. I was honestly shocked when McCain “came back from the dead” as it were. I thought his political career was basically over back in the summer of 2007. What you’re saying makes sense... I don’t think of it as a “conspiracy”, just a tactical plan on the part of the Republican leaders, really. Thompson’s support of McCain is part of the reason I got over my hatred for him, and was begrudgingly supporting him even before Palin came on the scene, honestly. Now with Palin in the mix there - I’m happy to do it.

There are a lot of good people behind McCain - people who would make EXCELLENT cabinet members and heads of the “Alphabet Soup” organizations and such. People like Giuliani, Thompson, etc... In the right agencies, or the right cabinet positions our country would be in a lot better shape.

I just have to trust in God to know that no matter what happens, HE is in control, and the “good guys” will win in the end - no matter what happens in the meantime! :) (That’s how I’m keeping my sanity right now! LOL)
