Why does our military buy French executive transport planes when American companies build very similar planes?

Isn’t that to cover up the “born on” date?

Nah. Bush will handle this the way he did when the Chicoms our bankers captured one of our planes. Fixed.

If it’s true, I think the Iranians realized they did an oops. It would certainly give us a pretext for military action agains the terrorist regime.
To: FlingWingFlyer
Thats a warplane? War sure has changed since I was in. LOL!
Well, we know how well press weenies pay attention to detail. :-) To them, any military aircraft is a "warplane" much the same way that any semi-automatic rifle is an "assault rifle."

It’s actually kind of funny how the left attributed everything to Rove. Even the stupid stuff Kerry did and said, they blamed on Rove. It’s kind of a running joke, anytime something ridiculous happens, it’s “Rove, you magnificent bastard”’s fault. I hope I punctuated that correctly, LOL!

"Ill be the first to say it, good for McCain." No. Ahmanutjob wants Obama, so he'll invite him to Iran to "rescue" the pilot, roll the red carpet, find some American flags to wave, praise Obama effusively, and send him on his way in cordial solidarity, and Obama will say "See? Face-to-face talks can be very successful!"

I think if it was an F-16 fighter there would have been pictures of it on CNN by now.

Yesterday, this aircraft was on route from Turkey to Afghanistan and strayed into Iranian airspace.
HU-25 “Guardian” Medium Range Surveillance Aircraft
Manufacturer: Dassault FalconJet,
Wing Span: 54’
Length: 56’
Max Gross Weight: 32,000 lbs
Number of engines: 2
Propulsion Type: Garrett ATF3-6-2C Turbofan
Five military personnel were on board as passengers along with a civilian crew of three. After recognizing the aircraft was over Iranian airspace, the pilot requested clearance to land in Iran and was escorted by Iranian air force fighters, rather than attempting to leave. The aircraft was cleared for release and continued on to Afghanistan after the crew was questioned for several hours.
