Too bad. But his comedy was amazing.
Mr. KFI originated there too. He was very funny as well with his “no screeners” show, before he turned into a progressive shill.

I agree..but Ron Goldman wasn't even a part of their soap opera. I have always felt the most sympathy for him and their family. Watching them through that trial was heart breaking.
That said...I hope this MFR’ goes to jail and gets an education.

Hubby and I want to go see American Carol - maybe tomorrow. It’s playing in Carson City right now AND we have Fandango Bucks that we got for Christmas. We have nowhere to be until tomorrow night.

I think KFI is where Phil Hendrie got started. God, his fictional character shows made me belly-laugh like no other.
I don't think it's where he got started, but--I was just missing him! The hilarious thing is that for years I thought that KFI had someone on after 7 o'clock who found really weird guests. (My excuse is that I didn't listen very much, or very long.)

I thought the 1995 OJ Trial should of been a mistrial.

Point taken, I had forgotten about Goldman. My mistake. Praying for his spirit as well.

I grew up practically in the shadow of the KFI tower in La Mirada.
I was in a rock band when I was in high school, and we rehearsed at a band member’s house close to the tower. Our lead guitarist’s amp would pick up KFI, and once we heard the DJ commenting on getting interference from the “in crowd”, so I guess the signal ran both ways.

One thing I could never understand was how he could find so many clueless phone callers to call in!!!! :)

Oh yeah, that sick freak of a mother. Casey Anthony showed no remorse when her daughter Caylee was missing. I think she and possibly someone else killed her. Also, there is Brenda Nesselroad-Slaby, who called herself America’s Most Hated Mother and appeared on Oprah recently.

I liked Mr. KABC till he turned into a blithering lib. Did he start at KFI? I understand he’s on some liberal station now. His voice, imo, is one of the best in radio.

Definitely totally wrong and sick.
But the different perspective threw everyone for a loop. That’s what made Carlin great.
After the usual answers, he came up with something nobody ever said.

I wonder something. Considering that OJ is not being held in jail and considering his lifestyle, what if the police go to pick him up to bring him to the courthouse to hear the verdict and he has been partying and is all drugged up or boozed up??? What do they do?
Good question. Do you have to be compos mentis to hear the verdict read?

KFI - or at least Bill Handel and John & Ken - have lurched to the left. Bill has been listening to his Obama devotee sports guy, and John & Ken refer to right-wingers like they’re some sort of disease.
Thanks to KFI’s newfound liberality, I’ve found KRLA in LA and KOGO in San Diego. Muuuuuch better.
