-snip On Oct. 2, 1998, 10 years ago today, at the height of the Lewinsky scandal, my sister and I traveled to Center City to protest Bill Clinton during one of his numerous presidential visits to the area. Little did we know that the Teamsters Union would be present to intimidate and harass us at every turn - --snip-- After a quick verbal exchange, an old-style Molly McGuire Union Boss, John Morris, rammed a fedora over my face, blinding me to the onslaught of Teamsters who would proceed to knock my sister and I to the ground. Once we were down, they pummeled us. If my sister hadn't protected my head from some of blows, I don't know if I'd still be alive.
In the aftermath of the highly publicized beating, District Attorney Lynne Abraham prosecuted me on trumped up charges that I had hit two Teamster women - despite exculpatory police statements

Teri — let me know if you’d like me to update the “Don Adams Webpage.” I’m happy to include updates and new photos ... whatever you’d like. Maybe send me a “Private Reply” and we can chat offline about how I can further serve you and Don.
Ten years. Whew. You need to write a book and make a ton of money off of this injustice.
Thanks for the ping, Kevin.
Take a look at this post on the live debate thread for more of the Obama Campaign organizing protests of McCain - Palin events. FReeper 1066AD posted that Palin is appearing at a fundraiser in Dallas, TX tomorrow and that there were going to be protesters. So, I went on over to Obama's campaign website and found three different announcements for Obama groups protesting the event.
The official Democrat campaign thuggery continues.
Thanks very much for the link Teri. Very, very good work oma. Don made good use of it as well. Yes indeed we do build on one another’s work. I look forward to more of this type of activity.
You have my empathies, and I agree. In the above situation with the gang who attacked us, punching back would have been futile. But in a one on one situation, God help them if they decide to get physical with me as well.
I will FR mail you!
Well, well, well. Look at what the kiddies are up to. Maybe we should do better than matching funds to "Feminists For Life", the pro-life organization of which Governor Palin is a member.
I don't at the moment have the time to run something like this, but perhaps someone else does.
Excellent work, again oma. And thank you much for the kind words.
FR’s finest!
Never forget.
Internal/eternal enemies BUMP!
Thanks for posting, Kid.
I don’t know if you three were pinged. If you were, my apologies. If not, I thought you might be interested.
Thank you for responding, PGalt!
This deserves a bump - although I’ll be with the Comal County Republicans Caravan for Sarah in San Antonio tomorrow afternoon. (I had to admit to one of our women that I’d never demonstrated on the street corner in *favor* of a candidate before. I’ve FReeped a bit, but never been there when someone I’m in favor of drove by.)
How exciting! It is admittedly, thrilling to be somewhere in support of someone. And cheering for a change will be FUN, particularly after tonight’s debate! Governor Palin sure deserves every bit of it, I am envious! Enjoy YOUR afternoon. YOU too deserve it! : )

True enough. Sadly, the best thing about what happened to ya'll is that everyone learned something important from the ordeal.
Sometimes learning is rough. Ya'll are all the stronger for it.
Be well and God bless.
Thanks for the ping!
They have turned Burlington and Gloucester counties into corrupt, Democratic hellholes. The pubbies I believe still control Burlington at the local level (and are squishy RINO types), but said county has not gone GOP in a national or gubernatorial election since the Union goons started to cross the Tacony-Palmyra Bridge from the land of the toothless (aka NE Philly).

Clinton related beating:

Thank you. People say they fear BO like never before. I got news for them — the 90s were much more dangerous. And standing up to Bill Clinton was a lot harder too.
