Many people in this area have that "in your face" attitude and use union and Sal Alinsky kind of tactics on the job. They will do whatever it takes to ruin you, if you are a goodworker and therefore a threat, one of the many reasons we are looking to move.
You have my empathies, and I agree. In the above situation with the gang who attacked us, punching back would have been futile. But in a one on one situation, God help them if they decide to get physical with me as well.

True enough. Sadly, the best thing about what happened to ya'll is that everyone learned something important from the ordeal.
Sometimes learning is rough. Ya'll are all the stronger for it.
