In this election we have very a clear choice to make.
A choice between Victory against Islamic Terrorism or surrender to our terrorist enemy.
A choice between free market capitalist economy or socialism.
A choice between constructionist judges or liberal judges who legislate from the bench.
A choice between Life for the unborn or abortion on demand going wild.
A choice between lower taxes or higher taxes.
A choice between small government or big government.
A choice between John McCain or Barack Obama.
Let us choose John McCain. A Patriot, a war hero, and would be an excellent President.
God Bless America and our brave troops.
.....Only true conviction to our principles....
The time for insisting on principle was during the primaries. We had no viable candidate to win enough primary votes to prevail. The issue of principle alone must now be used to determine which of the two real candidates will best serve as President.
Failure to make the hard decision is a cop out.
The battle you insist on fighting in the 2008 Presidential election is already over. Conservatives did not win.
P.S., Please spare us the "education" about McNutcase. Why else do you think we believe the way we do. We already know way too much about him.
“.There are plenty of conservative actions by McCain after 98.”
Yeah, like his vote against the Cornyn amendment that would have denied citizenship for felons if an amnesty was approved.
Amen.
Good luck gaining support at he polls.
If you gained Conservatives like you gain insults, you might get somewhere.
I disagree about Rush. It wasn’t about Clinton, it’s about bloodying Obambi, because McCain wants to pretend that he’s a faux gentleman and refuses to take off the gloves himself.
I honestly think he’s crazily determined to fail, it’s self inflicted.
WOW, who is attacking who? Playing the victim card again?
Not voting for Bob Barr is voting for Big Government. Period.
Demagoguing again?
He doesn’t have a chance.
The Constitution is chock full-o-principles, and great ones at that. But Lincoln himself realized it's not a suicide pact. I don't know you PF - but I'm gonna bet a paycheck you ain't smarter or more 'principled' than Honest Abe. Although odds are you have better taste in women.
That says it so well.
LOL!
At this point, that's how I am showing my "support" for McCain, too. :-)
Time for John McCain do support Republicans.........
It is HIS job to earn my vote......
If you were as smart as you give yourself credit for, you would know that there simply are not enough Conservatives or Republicans left to defeat Obama at the polls.
It will be 2006 on steroids this time around. Our best hope is to wait for this economy to melt down and the Democrats get the blame by a very angry and misled public.
It worked well in ‘80 when we were rid of them for 8 years of Reagan. WE also took many House seats to set up a majority in ‘94.
The odds are stacked against us in ‘08. Taking advantage of that is what will lead this party back to it’s Principles. Voting for McGreen will only set it back decades because those things will still happen under him and Republicans will get all the blame.
Blame Republicans. If every registered Republican went out and voted for Barr, he would win and would defeat Obama.
But you'd rather blame conservatives because they don't vote for a liberal, rather than blaming liberal Republicans because they don't vote for a candidate with Republican principles?
Brilliant. </sarc>
I’m a Conservative. But I can vote for John McCain. If I have to. I guess.
If he doesn’t head for the left after the convention.
If he doesn’t pick another liberal for his running mate.
If he doesn’t decide to pimp for amnesty for invaders again.
If he doesn’t otherwise piss me off.
McCain has made it perfectly clear that he doesn’t care about my vote. The only reason I am voting for him is an endorsement from an active, serving member of the Armed Forces.
If I’m forced to to conclusion that he won’t even wage war well (and his stances on Gitmo and intelligence gathering goes a long way in that direction...) I’m not going to vote for the @$$hat.
Why limit yourself to Bob Barr? As long as you like to vote in pretend land, you may as well support the Genii/Bigfoot ticket; get us some magical wishes as well as a tough stand on defense.
