Obama said he and his wife, Michelle, had notified the church in a letter Friday that they were withdrawing as members of Trinity, in part because of a cultural and a stylistic gap.

Also odd that out of thousands of Churches in Chicago, he picks the one that is patored by a former Muslim (Jeremiah Wright) who is good friends with the Nation of Islam’s “Minister” Farrakhan!

You gotta remember the drive-bys are gonna ignore any and all of this stuff. In just a few weeks it will be as if nothing ever happened.
Meanwhile McCain will have bus tracks all over every inch of his body as they run him over time and again.

Another Democrat who excels at “weasel words”.

our own Carter clone I lived through Carter. Yes, McCain sucks, but he won't destroy the military, give away the Panama Canal (an example of a US strategic asset), turn his back on an ally (as Carter did to the Shah of Iran) or go on national TV and tell us that we suck (the "Malaise" speech.)

Pfleger's performance was bad enough, but did you watch the antics of the audience, or congregation, or whatever they are?
The name of that place needs to be changed to The Baboon Island Church of the Loudmouth.

LOL - McCain will do whatever his Democrat/Moderate friends in the Senate want. He has never met a promise, principle, or person he would not sacrifice to “get something done in a bipartisan manner.”

I can't hardly believe this anymore. The dems are holding this guy up as the one most qualified to make decisions leading the United States, 300 million people, even though he has a history of continually making amazingly poor choices in his personal life, e.g., surrounding himself with losers like Wright, Farakhan, Pfleger, Ayers, etc.
Now he throws them all under the bus and backtracks on his religion, something that is deeply personal and important. And listening to him now, we find that he values getting the presidency even more than his religious beliefs by putting them on hold.
Wow.

No, but he wants to hold all white people responsible for what a few white people did 150 years ago. The 1857 census (look it up) showed that there were more than 3600 slave owners who were free black people. Should their descendants receive reparations, or should they pay reparations?

B H Obama is a very decisive leader!
Except that he keeps changing his mind on everything depending on which way the wind is blowing.
Yep he will be a very desisive leader. I see a lot of "change" in our future. Just like he promised.

Not sure I understand where you’re coming from - was it uncomfortable for you because they asked him questions? Exactly what??? They should have asked him a lot more uncomfortable questions than they did. Until now, he has gotten off with a pass, no one has asked him uncomfortable questions at all. So I want them to keep piling on, asking him more and more.

But your post provided more detailed information. Thank you.

Obama voted for partial birth abortion. That’s enough to kill his chances forever with me personally. (No pun intended).

Obama said. Frankly, its one that I made with some sadness. Apparently TUCC allowing a white Catholic priest into the "unashamedly black" church was too much for the Obama family. The Black Value system has been compromised.
